Loom Entry is the latest Room Escape game from Azuki, the author of Loom dawn, Loom Above, Room Marine, Room Bath and Room Fake.

For an unknown reason, you find yourself trapped in an entry hall, and the exit door is locked!

   i did the strawberrys puzzle and gotShow

   club = X

   and did the shoe puzzle getting a screw driver and using it on a Show

   picture

   using the Show

   pictures to solve them both

   but now stuck

   Not really sure where I am. It might be a bathroom with all the fixtures removed. Could be the examination room for a veterinarian. Or maybe the mud room for a recently-updated Victorian mansion.

   At any rate, I’d like to leave, so here is a walkthrough:

   Show

   I look at the black rectangle next to the door. Looks like a keypad. I try entering a code. There’s room for six numbers, but the 1-key and the 8-key don’t add to the code, while the keys I would assume are clear-entry and OK don’t do anything. So I need both a code and a map to the keys.

   I look at some sort of locked box to the right side of the door. It takes a five-digit combination, with numbers ranging from 1-5.

   I look at the door handle, and it accepts a sideways key. Maybe I’m looking for a key that resembles something else.

   I examine the door hinge at the top of the door and notice that it contains a lock of some sort that accepts five Xs or Os.

   So that’s five puzzles I need to solve, and zero solutions. Lots of work to do to get out of here.

   I turn to the left.

   There’s a stained glass window on the left. Can’t do anything with it.

   On the right I have six picture frames. The top one is outlined in grey and has dots in four different colors. I memorize the pattern (green, green, blank, red, blank red on the top row; yellow, blank, yellow, blue, blue, blank on the bottom row).

   The lime green picture frame has three strawberries. There are three buttons on top that make the strawberries light up with yellow circles. Suddenly I feel like I’ve opened a box of Lucky Charms.

   They’re magically delicious.

   There’s a teal picture frame with one penguin. There’s a yellow frame with four chicks. There’s a medium blue frame with two bouncy dolphins. And a dark blue frame with five shells.

   Interesting that there are five frames with various numbers of items in different colors. Now I feel like I have six puzzles and two solutions outlined, but nothing matches. Yet.

   I click on the floor near the left side of the wall because I see a black slash. There’s a handle of a sort, but I can’t use it. A new puzzle.

   I turn to the left.

   Here’s another door. I look at the top of the window in the door and I see the three strawberries. Below them are six yellow circles in a Big Dipper pattern.

   So I’m looking for a big dipper of milk to pour on my Lucky Charms.

   No… this must be a solution to the strawberry picture puzzle. The dipper pattern shows me which buttons to press – left, middle, middle, left, right, middle. That’s one down.

   Now I have one puzzle I think is solved, six other puzzles and two potential solutions.

   I turn to the left.

   There are two drawers on top which appear to be tied shut. A new puzzle – untie the drawers.

   In the middle area there’s a picture frame. It has six rectangles that match the pictures on the oppposite wall. It has two button areas, but one button is missing. A new puzzle – find the button.

   On the right I see a plant. It moves when I click it, back and forth. It must be an Austrian Folk Dancing Plant. The right side of the counter top curls up. I click on it to unravel a heart with a 2 inside.

   There’s a picture in the middle with a brown frame, and it’s screwed to the wall – this is puzzle number ten overall.

   I open the cupboard below the middle area. There are shoes everywhere – this mud room must belong to my last girlfriend. On the top two shelves there are green, red, yellow and blue shoes. And they move when clicked on (are they Austrian Folk Dancing Shoes?).

   Now I can match a potential solution to this new puzzle. I arrange the shoes according to the pattern in the grey picture on the opposite wall. Now I click on the safe in the bottom right corner and pick up a screwdriver. First puzzle solved…

   I take the screwdriver and remove the screw on the picture with the brown frame, and reveal a diagram showing a window next to a curled window shade. Here’s a new solution, but I don’t know the puzzle it refers to.

   There’s a blue bin containing an umbrella next to the cupboard. I click on it, and find a spade with the number 8. This could be related to the 2 and the heart.

   I click on the right side of the cupboard and see a chart. Os and Xs, just like the hinge over the door. But what do the diagrams mean? I stare for a while. Really stare…

   Suddenly it comes to me. All the diagrams under the circle, and the circle itself, can be drawn with one pen stroke. All the diagrams under the X, including the X itself, can be drawn with two pen strokes.

   Now the ENTRY=????? makes sense. E, T, and Y require two pen strokes. N and R require only one. So XOXOX must be the solution to the hinge puzzle.

   Inspired, I click on the area beneath the diagram and see scissors wedged in the spot between a seat and the cupboard. That might open the top of the cupboard. Can’t reach it, though. A new puzzle.

   All told…

   Twelve puzzles, two solved, six other potential solutions. Lots to do today.

   I turn to the left.

   I enter the code into the hinge at the top of the door. I press the red button and receive a button that seems to match the picture on the cupboard.

   I turn to the right.

   I put the new button in its hole on the picture frame. I press the other button and lights appear on the squares in the picture. Dark blue, teal, yellow, medium blue, green.

   Hmmm… that would give me a five-digit number based on the number of items in each picture – 51423 (five dark blue shells, etc).

   I turn to the left.

   I enter the new code in the small box to the right of the door. It even has symbols on the lock matching the symbols that lit up on the picture. It opens, and I take a red key and look at a picture.

   The picture shows a map that would match the keys on a keypad. Sure enough, the 1 and 8 key areas are OK and AC. I memorize the map (because it’s easy to memorize 12-digit combinations). OK, it isn’t… I’ll type it out… OK 1 8, 4 3 0, 9 AC 7, 2 6 5. Feel better?

   I turn to the left.

   Now it’s time to eat my Lucky Charms. I type in the button code from before, and the strawberries now show writing – Club equals X. A new solution, perhaps part of the solution with 2-Heart and 8-Spade.

   I look at the stained glass window. Now, when I pretend it’s a shade and click on the bottom, it rolls up a little to reveal 150372. That’s a six-digit number that could be entered on a keypad.

   And since I have a map for that keypad, and can translate this code using the map… 1 is in the 2-position, 5 is in the bottom right position, 0 is in the 6-position, 3 is in the 5-position, 7 is in the 8-position and 2 is in the bottom left position. OK is in the 1-position. A new solution.

   I turn to the left.

   I take my red key and insert it into the lock on the door. Success. I click on the handle and the door opens… no, it doesn’t open. The handle opens. Well, that’s weird. I take a hook and string.

   I turn to the left.

   Going back between the right side of the cupboard and the seat, I use the hook and string to take the scissors.

   Now I look up at the top of the cupboard and use the scissors to cut the cord. It opens, revealing a 3 in a diamond, and the Grim Reaper’s hoe. Didn’t think I’d ever see that in an adventure game. This one is full of surprises.

   Maybe the hoe fits the handle on the floor?

   I turn to the left.

   Time to enter my new code in the keypad. 2, bottom right, 6, 5, 9, bottom left, 1. Yes, that worked, and I now see a math problem.

   I replace the four outlined shapes with with symbols I’ve found throughout the game.

   I get a math problem:

   – Club Diamond 8 2
   Times – – – Heart
   Club Spade 3 Heart Diamond

   Show

   How do I solve this? Well, it’s a product, so I plug in values. I know Diamond must be an even number, because it’s a product of 2. Only 4, 6 and 0 remain. If it’s 4, then Heart must be 2 or 7, but 2 is already used. If it’s 6, then Heart must be 3 or 8, but both of those are already used. And if it’s 0, then Heart must be 5 or another 0, but a second 0 is not possible as the entire product would be 0.

   So Heart is 7 and Diamond is 4, or Heart is 5 and Diamond is 0.

   Now we test using the 82 at the end of the first number. 82 x 5 is 410 and 82 x 7 is 574. Of those two products, 410 is impossible because we know the Heart is 5, not 1. But when the Heart is 7, the product still contains 7 in the tens digit. Therefore, Heart is 7 and Diamond is 4.

   Now our math problem looks like this:

   – Club 4 8 2
   x – – – 7
   Club Spade 3 7 4

   Now, 482 x 7 is 3374. That confirms the 3 in the outlined diamond position. We knew that. And a 3 is carried over to add to what will fit in the Spade digit.

   We’ve used 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8. Let’s try 0, 1, 5, 6 and 9 for the Club.

   0 for the Club gives us 0482 x 7, which is 03374. But while the Club fits – both being 0, the 3 for the Spade is impossible because 3 is already being used.

   1 for the Club give us 1482 x 7, which is 10374. That fits. I think we have a solution, but we need to test the others.

   5 for the Club gives us 5482 x 7, which is 38374. But the Club can’t be both a 3 and a 5.

   6 for the Club gives us 6482 x 7, which is 45374. But the Club can’t be both a 4 and a 6.

   And 9 for the Club gives us 9482 x 7, which is 66374. But the Club can’t be both a 9 and a 6.

   So our solution is 1-Club, 0-Spade, 7-Heart, 4-Diamond.

   I turn to the left.

   Yes, the Grim Reaper can open the door in the floor. Here’s a box, with a Spade, Heart, Diamond, Club sticker on the top. That would be 0741 according to our solution above. I click on the sticker to reveal a lock.

   That opened the box. There’s a lot of money there. That would buy many, many boxes of Lucky Charms. I also see a skate key. That might fit the front door.

   I turn to the right.
