I certainly like Minotos interpretation of stories like rapunzel and snow white, but this is one of the odder ones. I mean, where’s rapunzels hair and all that.
I get the feeling this is just the first part of the story, and there will be a Rapunzel 2 next week. 8-)

The ending! Goodness!
This is actually more or less how the story starts. The couple lives next door to a witch and the pregnant wife gets sick and tells her husband that she has to have some vegetable from the witch’s garden or she’ll die. So he goes and steals it for her, but the witch catches him. In exchange for his life or the vegetables or something, he promises to give her the baby when it’s born.
No more oranges!
