hammer, screwdriver (it looks more like a lockpick to me), and trowel. Found light blue, red, and dark green keys. Used lockpick/screwdriver to open chest for one of the keys.

on a spot you can view in of the top of the table, to get another key

Use HAMMER Show

in the middle between the wall and the bed on the floor there is a hole. Look from the right-bottom-leg of the bed to the wall

And do you have the key from [spoiler] the plant, use shovel on the left side of the plant in the pot (zoom in first at the plant) [spoiler]
