Self Defiant, the author of the never ending Super Sneaky Spy Guy series has released a new episode at Melting-Mindz Games!

“You are being sent to Whispering Oaks Asylum to meet with an ex-nurse named Shelly Marser.

There are many rumors about the old forgotten asylum that might just be facts. It is said that the asylum was shut down due to being haunted. No one is quite sure though.

Many strange happenings went on in the asylum when it was occupied by its residents. It is your job to meet nurse Marser and figure out what happened.

   star key is in room where tiles are loose. the wall inside right door has a loose tile in the centre. you need to click an drag the tile.

    Actions:
    * Get RUBBER DUCK from bathtub.
    * Zoom in on paper on board.
    * Order items correctly (tilde will turn brown when item is correct).
    * When all are in correct order, make screenshot for later.
    Go north to ROOM 35.

    48. ROOM 35
    Crystals:
    * Lower-left, on floor.
    * Top, on wall left of window.
    Actions:
    * Zoom in on orange picture. Click SCREWDRIVER on orange stems, to reveal puzzle.
    * To solve puzzle:
    o Look in JOURNAL for patient who packed orange crates.
    o She kept reciting a list of numbers. Notice that these numbers are in 4 pairs, and each pair skips a number. That skipped number must go into the code. For example: First number pair is “27, 29”, so the code number is 28.
    o Final code: 28, 44, 15, 86.
    o After entering code, push black button to get STAINED GLASS 3.
    Now we start backtracking and solving puzzles. Go to ROOM 31.

    49. ROOM 31
    Actions:
    * Solve the infamous ball puzzle, using screenshots of “12 days” Christmas carol and “true love” paper from bathroom.
    * Solution is:
    o 8: top left
    o 7: top right
    o 1: middle right
    o 2: bottom left
    o 5: bottom right
    Then use STAR KEY in keyhole, and click key again. Get STAINED GLASS 4.

    Go to ROOM 32.

    50. ROOM 32
    Actions:
    * Solve the symbol puzzle, using the screenshots of the clock and meal schedule you took earlier. Get OLD KEY.
    Go to ROOM 38.

    51. ROOM 38
    Actions:
    * Zoom in on right hole, and use ROPE on object in hole to get HAMMER.
    Go to ROOM 17.

    Actions:
    * Use HAMMER on broken window. Get WOODEN PEG 2 from floor.

    * Inside cupboard (after opening it).
    Actions:
    * Put 3 PEGS into holes, then pound each one in with HAMMER. Cupboard opens to reveal puzzle.
    * Solve puzzle by making pattern match screenshot taken earlier (design found under leaves).
    * Get STAINED GLASS 7.
    Go to ROOM 24 (church).

    Actions:
    * Put completed STAINED GLASS into window. Then put MIRROR on pedestal, and turn it to face right.
    Go to ROOM 38.

    59. ROOM 38
    Actions:
    * Beam of light from mirror reveals GREEN STONE on wall.
    Go to ROOM 1.

    60. ROOM 1
    Actions:
    * Drag tile under lever out of the way, to reveal green space. Put GREEN STONE there.
    * Pull lever.
    * Drag six other tiles out of the way, to reveal dead body of doctor. Click it.
    * Leave the room in any direction.

    help!!! I have all the items except the 2nd peg that is suppose to be on the floor after you brake the glass on window, One window pane was already broken, I took hammer and broke the one over the broken one, but in Jess post she said to brake the 3rd from bottom, but when I try the dialog says “broken windows how fun and I can’t brake the window pane, what im I doing wrong please help!!

    I’ve read the walkthrough, and all the posts, but I still need help.

    Where exactly do the pegs go? I have all three of them.

    With and without a peg, I clicked every inch of the brown wall cabinet (right of window) in the room with the tub and cellar door,,but I don’t see any holes to put them in there.

    I don’t know what other cogs you already have but I’m pretty much sure that the last one you’re missing is the one that’s in the rubble at the bottom right of the room just below that of the room with the cogs attached. Just move the rubble around and you should get the largest cog.

    Wow the walkthrough Victoria found is great! And I was still racking my brains over how on earth to put so much stuff into just one entry. Haha.

    I had already found and used the walkthrough in 167. One of the best ones I’ve ever seen. I had already finished the game, but used it to find the rest of the crystals….yes there are 100 of them! At least I stopped looking when I hit 100…I already had 96 of them on my own.

    the cog in room 36 is on the right rectangular i-have-no-idea-what’s-it-called. It’s just facing you. just click around on the front surface. Hope that helps.

    when in main hall on groundfloor, go left, down, left and down. you’re now in a bathroom. on the wall to the left, you can click and drag the tiles. on space is green, the others greyish. put green stone on green spot, and pull the lever.

    I finally figured out why I was mistakenly in the cellar door room… there is an error on the numbered rooms.

    The Walkthrough has the cabinet where the pegs go in room 22, but the correct room is 17.
