Warbears - Mission 3 WarBears is an excellent series of Pointâ€™nâ€™Click games created by the Italian programmer Gionatan Iasio, and the third mission is finally available on Gionatanâ€™s website, Warbears.com.

In Mission 3, An Oceanic Problem, “An S.O.S. signal was received from the Gas Platform in the Great Ocean! A new enemy surfaced with an evil plan. Will the Warbears be able to stop them?”

Use your mouse over the different Warbears and choose between the actions available. There is no restart button in this new mission, and you will to reach a checkpoint if you want to save your progress.

At the beginning of the year, the author was planning to release a new mission every other month: we had to wait over 10 months (!) to enjoy this new episode, but it was really worth the wait!

This is not a compartment, this is where you’re supposed to land. Once you’re nearly in position, slightly above it, the top-left button will light up, click on it to land

As for me… I can’t get rid of the piranhas :\

to lower the chain once ,raise it once then ,lower it to 73 move ryoh over to the pipe and cut it then jump across and cut the chain it will start a fire then the piranhas will move over to the fire after that have Lucas blow them up with a grenade (grenade must be 3/4 full power)

im getting stuck at the point on top of the plattform where i need to flame the shooting thing, i can get the gas to point at it but how to burn it ? any ideas ?

Walkthrough:

Make Lucas look at the panel. Make him pull the string, and quickly make Kla fire the rocket. Manuever the rocket all the way to the right, and get it above the lowering device a good distance. Let it fall and bonk the machine, then quickly head to the left, drop down, and jet back up to the bottom of the device. This makes it break (tilt, hehe) and frees the hostages. It also greases one of the poles, but that’s fine.

Next, land the rocket (very tricky but just align it with the little landing space near the top and press the upper left button on the controls as its falling, right as the rocket turns blue on the display).

Now, release the Wbot (click Kla’s PDA again) and maneuver your little bullet-shaped Wbot around the display. Do NOT touch the blue sides, or you will lose the mission. Head to the upper left, into a little chamber onto a green square. Open the panel. Next, head over to the upper right corner and get onto that green square. Lower the chain once, raise it, then lower it down to 73. Leave it for now.

Lastly, head to the green square that was nearest to you when you started. Raise it up until you can put it into position 5. Then lower it until the boat’s clamps are attached (it will tell you when this happens). Raise it and put it into position one. Now lower it as far as possible. Kla and Lucas will have a conversation when you close out of the PDA. MAKE SURE YOU CLICK OUT OF THE PDA AND DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO HARM THE WBOT. You will need him again.

Now you need to free Ryoh. Have Lucas toss a grenade as far as possible. DO NOT use full power, or poor Ryoh is a goner! Wait until the arrow is all the way full, then click and hold. The grenade display pops up. Release when it is about at half power (the rectangle is 1/2 way full–this should make it fill up to a bit under the top of the rectangle). This makes Lucas throw a grenade that attracts the piranhas over to where Ryoh is, freeing him.

Now, make Ryoh go up the pipe. At the top, use his swords to cut the pipe, venting gas. Now, get him to go up the pipe again, let him slide a bit, and press the arrow that appears as he’s sliding down. Now he’s on the little platform. Cut the chain by clicking on Ryoh and clicking his Katanas. Cut the chain with full power. A fire is started where the pipe was venting to. This attracts the piranhas. Have Lucas throw a fully-charged grenade where the piranhas are (the arrow should fill about 1/2 way, the grenade all the way). You have killed the piranhas!

Now have Ryoh jump down onto his bubble again, and go over to connect the boat clamps to the boat. Click on Kla’s PDA and have the wbot raise the crane up. Congrats, you beat the first 3rd!

1-Move Kla to the left and look at the panel. He will tell you that it needs to be turned on.
2-Move Lucas to the right and headbutt the pipe to make dust fall on the fish and make them run away.
3-Make Ryoh come up and fight the fish. Then have him move left and cut the pipe. Make the #2 bar fill with green by selecting it and turning the wheel clock-wise. This will make gas shoot out towards the robot above.

Thats all i know. anything else add it soon cause i’m stuck.

Once the fire is lit have ryoh go left, press the button (opening the door on the left), then go up the stairs, use his sword on the bot. Once thats done have him go down and turn off the fire (th bot won’t attack anymore). Now make it so the #3 bar on the machine is 3/4 full. The machine near the broken bot will turn ON.
This part is a bit long but pretty easy. Have ryoh go up to the machine and activate it. a box will move to the left. Meanwhile have lucas go downstairs and take a fuse from the second door and put it in the third. This will activate the crane. have Kla use the crane to stack boxes. Here are the commands:
-Green button: activate magnet.
-Blue buttton: get a box.
-Yellow button: switch positions above Steve.

Drop a first box and have steve climb on it (make sure he isnt under it when you drop them. to drop press the green button again). Drop a box next to that one. Make sure steve is on the left-most box. drop a box on the right, make steve go on it then a box on the left and make steve go on it. Do this til you can get on the boat. If you get a non-magnetic box, make Ryoh go down and press the “door open” button again.

The last puzzle

You have to make a line of red squares in order from left to right: I, II, III, and repeat this process three times in any order. The 3 lines are: both diagonales and an horizontal line in the middle. Actually, if you do a diagonale first, it’s easy to shift some squares to get the middle one, then the other diagonale.

Oh, and everytime you make a line, you have to shoot the corresponding piece of that weapon.

ok so here is a complete walkthough of how to beat the game for the first part i used Mike’s walkthrough:

Make Lucas look at the panel. Make him pull the string, and quickly make Kla fire the rocket. Manuever the rocket all the way to the right, and get it above the lowering device a good distance. Let it fall and bonk the machine, then quickly head to the left, drop down, and jet back up to the bottom of the device. This makes it break (tilt, hehe) and frees the hostages. second part

use lucas and headbutt the pipe getting rid of the 3 guard fish click on ryoh to come up from the hatch at the bottom right and fight the fish. go left with him and cut pipe line 2. access the gas panel and put the marker on 2 and tun the wheel to the right several times until 2 is filled up. then put it on anyone besedes 2 and turn the wheel all the way to the left and hit the break on top to create sparks.
go left with ryoh and push the button then go up and kill the robot (it wont fire afterwards). then go back to the gas panel and fill up 3 bout halfway until the machine 1 floor up says on (the arrow is on the green). go up to the machine and push the button

head right with lucas and go down stairs. then go right once and open the “toilet dispenser” panel and take out the fuse and put it in the right panel for the crane.

use kla to go left once and access the panel using the crane [controls: green- activates magnet blue-grabs box yellow-moves the crane left/right] after you do that use the boxes ryoh distributes from the machine to build a ladder for steve. put a box and have him climb it, then put one next to it and have him go on it. then put another one etc. etc. (be careful not to crush steve or mission is over). when you get the box with no metal on it, have ryoh go downstairs and click the button twice (get rid of the box and then get the thing back up).

when steve gets to the boat, have him go in and then click the yellow button. click the blue orb (the one from warbears 2 ?!?!?!?!?!?) and then his clothes. click the warbears poster and then the scribble. find the pieces of paper, by the grenad box, under the couch and by the left window. after you get all 3 click the safe, the crowbar, and then the box.

have lucas go up and to the left to get his grenades. then go right once.

with ryoh go back down to the gas panel and charge line 1 all the way.

with lucas go right and throw a grenade into the gas line (IMPORTANT: throw the grenade only the first angle, and as little as possible explosion a lot causes a funny cutscene and a misson failiure so charge it a little to be safe)

have steve shoot the turrent now that it is busy, and the guard will leave. then steve will go to the turrent. click on the eye icon and then the button and he will finish his shower.

take lucas, go down and remove the fuse from the right panel and put it in the left and then have steve go down the elevator

third part
Show

kill some fish much like warbears 2. go left right left right with steve then kill a fish that is spinning a trident.

when fighting plankto, the big fish head, aim for the left part of his collar by his sholder to break his communicator.

use kla to arrange the red blocks to make the parts of the machine vulnerable.
imagine they all had a number

arrange I in 4; II in 5; III in 6 to shoot the middle
arrange I in 7; II in 5: III in 3 to shoot the top
you dont have to do these in any particular order and you have plenty of time to do it (i think…)

1. Let the people drown and go do part 2.
2. Blow up Ryoh after your boat is ready to go up.
3. Blow yourself up and Ryoh and Let the people drown.

I can not believe how hard it is to control the rocket. It took me about ten times to move it fast enough to get the hostages free, and it seems impossible to get it into the little landing space afterwards without hitting the blue. Is there an easier way to control the rocket? Until then, this game disgusts me.

So the way to land the rocket is Show

in the left upper corner their is a button. You have to click it to land. You can only click it when the landing site (the image of your warbot that is changing color) is blue. So make sure your is vertically leveled with the landing site, make it hover above. stop applying upward thrust and when you are touching the blue landing zone the land-button will light up. That is (or was) the moment to click it.

see the area you are moving in as the oil/gas-drill-platform from above. When you reach the crane thing, you can acually see the crane position on the warbot map, it’s the grey-colored part. Use this to solve the puzzle!

what the? how do i lower the crane? it can only go with 5, 10 and 15m and using up and down dont help AT ALL! yes it IS in position 5, ive set the chain to 73 and freed the hostages. the walkthrough doesnt help a single bit!!! please, PLEASE help me…
