    went back and left to the forest and a witch took me prisoner. I got out of the initial room, but am now at a choice of three doors.

    I realized the witch’s birthday was 10/28. The clues in the room had 1= ?? 0= OD 2=NI and 8=HT. Could this possibly spell “good night?’

    There is brown panel near left door when looking at the three doors. Put in GOODNIGHT into it and you can advance to next room. What is behind the door?

    Once you Show

    put water on witch, get the key under her pillow, leave, talk to the big green head, go back to hole in road. There is hot air balloon, fly and leave. Then you get the BAD END.

    Perfect End Walkthrough
    Show

    1. Get dog, leave house.
    2. Turn to house, look left of house to get silver slippers.
    3. Go to the fairy and give her the silver slippers.
    4. Go through the yellow brick road until you see a scarecrow. Use dog on it.
    5. Click scarecrow, go left and scare bird with scarecrow.
    6. Go left twice and get oil from under branch. Give to tin man. Use him on branch.
    7. Use dog on Cowardly Lion one space to the left.
    8. Go left twice, you scarecrow on hole, use lion on hole.
    9. Go up to gate. Password is GREEN.
    10. Go up to castle. Show slippers to man. Go in, talk to head.
    11. Go back to gate and left. Left again. Be captured by witch.
    12. Get bucket, use water on bucket, drag block and pour water into hole.
    13. Get gold key, use gold key on dark colored spot on wall. Get book. Exit with key.
    14. Go to the right door and look around for clues that give you the word GOODNIGHT.
    15. Go back to the three doors, there’s a panel next to the left door. Input GOODNIGHT and walk into the witch’s room.
    16. Refill water and pour on witch. Lift pillow for silver key. Go to right room, use key on drawer, get hat. Leave with key.
    17. Go back to castle and talk to big head. To get by guard, use hat. Then go backwards on the yellow brick road until you reach a hot air balloon. Click on it.
    18. Select second choice.
    19. Go left and down. Use hat on fairy.
    20. PERFECT END!

    about the two choices at the ending, for curious people (i can read japanese a bit):
    Show

    the first one means go to the balloon, the second one means look for toto (he suddenly runs somewhere..) of course if you are a good dorothy you’re not gonna leave without your dog, that’s why clicking 2nd only gives you a good ending.
