In Itchome, you find yourself trapped in an unknown Japanese Room, and the door is locked. You need a key to open it, but unfortunately, you don’t see any key around! Here is a Room Escape game that I would recommend if you can read Japanese. If not, ask for help! Have fun!

Click the green part of the screw driver, and it will come undone. Then click the tip of it and it will change from a flathead to a phillips

on right side of birdhouse (?) in second room is a second pointy ended stick (candle looking thing), but cant find where it goes. In the first room, you can zoom in on the floor in the view of the closets, but cant do anything there either?

Code for the black room Show

you have 1926 – 25 – 12 on the paper from the calender. remember 1925 (don’t know why!) when you click on the the paper with the red square where there is light you can read number X – Y – Z
So you add X to 1925 and the code is 1925+X,Y,Z
For example X is 60 code is 1985YZ

again in 2nd (dark) room, you can go to the side view of little house, bottom right is safe, open door behind little house, and you see an archway with light coming through it, but clicking on it just takes you back to the room…..

1st off, did you get both candles? if so, bring lighter on screen, open lid, click on wheel, then ‘x’ out. bring candle up, use lighter to light, then put on the little white things sticking out from birdhouse in dark room, open house, click around wooden block until you can see the back, unscrew it, take it, then take the metal piece off the back. Open block (turn screwdriver to flathead), go out to 1st room, tv screen. use remote on tv, tht gives u 2nd code. use metal handle (from wooden block) on rug where u can zoom in, lift, push blocks per tv code, should be an animation scene, then u should be able to get out from dark room.

in the darkened room, on the right side of the little house, in first view, click on right side of wall, about halfway between house and side of panel, there is a little shadow that points up, click on it, then look at the bottom right edge of the house in the back, there is the second candle.

This is a step by step walkthrough so don’t open the hints before trying. Good luck…

THE DATE
Show

Look at the year on the date in you inventory 1926 (Remember the year 1925, don’t understand why but so it is)

THE CHINESE SIGN WITH THE RED SQUARE
Show

Click bottom right corner on the poster to zoom in. Get the stick.

Show

Click on the text to the left of the right square. Remember numbers X,Y,Z (The numbers are different each time you play)

THE CUPBOARD
Show

Open the bottom left door. Get the screwdriver.

THE STICK
Show

Examine the back of the stick and use the screwdriver to expand it.

THE STATUE
Show

Use the expanded stick on the statue to get it.

Show

Examine the statue to find screws on the back side.

Show

Examine the screwdriver and click on the green handle and then on the flat side of the screwdriver to change shape of it

Don’t forget to click the green handle again to close the srewdriver.

Unsrew the statue. Get a key.

THE LOCKED DOOR
Show

Use the key from the statue on the locked door to open it and go in.

THE DARK ROOM
Show

Zoom in the swastika sign and click the black square in the middle column, second row from bottom. Get the candle from the box.

Zoom out and go left. Click att the bottom of the right pillar and use the key again. (First part solved)

From key hole view go back, back and left. In the corner of the house you’ll find another candle. Get it.

THE SAFE IN THE DARK ROOM

From the swastika sign view, go left and back. Click in the bottom right corner to zoom in the safe

This one I don’t understand, probably because I don’t understand Chinese but in the next spolier you’ll find the equation for the safe.

Remember the year 1925 and the X, Y, Z numbers. The code for the safe is 1925+X, Y, Z. Get the lighter.

THE LIGHTER
Show

Examine the lighter, open it and light it.

THE CANDLES
Show

Examine the candles (you can only see one of them) and use the lighter on them

From the swastika sign view, zoom in the house and put the candles in the candlesticks and click the house to open it.

Click to the right side of the wooden block to see that it is attached at the back. Use the srewdriver to loose it. Get the wooden block.

THE WOODEN BLOCK
Show

Unattach the metal piece on the back with the srewdriver. Get the metal piece.

Change the srewdriver to flat and use it on the wooden block to open it.
BACK IN THE LIGHT ROOM
[spoiler]Zoom in the black sign on the wall and press the red botton you found in the wooden block.

The picture is a cube and you have to think 3D and convert it to 2D. The arrow shows from what direction you shall look. (The pattern changes every time you play)

Zoom in the floor under the black sign and use the metal piece in the splice to unveil a code panel. Press the code you got from the 3D cube.(Second part solved)

Something happend in the dark room, go back there.

BACK IN THE DARK ROOM

The pillars have fallen down, and unveiled a hole in the ground. Click the hole and you will find stairs. Go down and you are freeeee…. :)

These complicated codes annoy the heck out of me. Why is it that the games with the best graphics always have the most obscure codes. X Y Z ????? WHAT X Y Z ?

When you click on the text to the left of the red square you can see a text in Chinese… And in the text you also have three numbers that is different from each time you play. My numbers at the moment are 11, 9 and 25. And X=11, Y=9 and Z=25. In this case it will be 1925+11, 9, 25. The code is 1936925. But you have to do the counting yourself with the digets you get in your game.
