Got flashlight, key, two parts of scissors and turned on two lights on tv. Stuck now. Any hints?

Gut the red, green and blue dots on the tv, cant finde the last one. Guess is on the plant, but I dont se the arrow either..

I can get out but I don’t want to until I have all the dots. I guessed… Where do I find the blue dot?
Found all dots the plant one is near the plant. On the top leafe there is an arrow follow it.

I have never seen so many postings of people out and not helping others…odd.
I got out but with guessing the code and having only two dots. I finally found the blue one with help but I don’t know where the red one is and now that I started over I can’t remember where I found the key! They should have used different less standard colors and then it wouldn’t have been so easy to get the perfect ending without finding half of the dots lol.
