Got the end with the kid coming out of the fruit.

Not as nonsensical as some of Minoto’s games, but there are definitely some tasks here that must only make sense if you’re Japanese. Show

Mallet + smiling bowl of rice = dumplings?

I’ve gotten one ending so far.

Walkthrough:
Show

First screen – Take brush from elephant. Head right.
Second screen – Use brush on easel, take apple. Break all boards, take power glove. Take the lollipop from the cloud. Head left, back to the first screen.
First screen – Give cloud lollipop. Take it back again. It will begin to rain. Wait until the little “pond” is full, then head right twice.
Third screen – Use power glove to take the ten ton weight. Head right.
Fourth screen – Take toolbox, click on star. After the star crashes, click on it again and pick up the mallet. Give the mallet to the rabbit, get the dumpling. Head left.
Third screen – put the dumpling on the alter. Head left twice.
First screen – use about item on the toolbox, get the machete and the pickaxe. Use the pickaxe on the rocks at the front of the pond, making a river. Give the elephant the apple, then click on its trunk. Click its trunk again and it will fill up the watering can, the bee will take it and fly away. Head right twice.
Third screen – Click on the watering can. Give the sun the 10 ton weight, then click on the dumplings. The peach will fall in the river. Click on it, you’ll be taken to another screen.
Final screen – pull all of the grass. Select the machete, then click on the peach. You’ll be taken to the clear screen, click again to open the peach and Momotaro will pop out. (A character from a famous Japanese fairy tale.)

To get the “bad” end… Show

Don’t cut down the grass when the peach floats down the river.

I wonder if there are any more endings?

same here. the peach opened and the boy appeared inbtw the split peach bt oher than that, nothing happened.

To get the bad ending: Show

do the sun and the dumplings before the river, so that the moon does its glow before the peach is there. Then use the machete on the peach (twice, I think), so that when you click on it, it’s in its original size.

Wow…this was the most difficult Minoto game I’ve ever played so far. The rest are fairly simple and I usually figure out what to do after five minutes, but this one…tricky, but I liked it all the same. Although I still can’t find any information on the bunny, the mallet, and the dango…^^;

Walkthrough

Show

Take elephant’s paintbrush

Show

Go right

Show

Use paintbrush on easel; get apple

Show

Take sucker from cloud

Show

Click three boards in front of bear to break them. Get power glove

Show

Go left

Show

Give sucker to other cloud above dried up pond

Show

Click cloud again; wait until the pond fill with water

Show

Give apple to elephant; he’ll go over to the pond. Click on him again and he’ll suck up the water with his trunk. Click on the elephant once more to make him go over to the water can where he’ll squirt it in. The bee will now carry it off.

Show

Go right twice

Show

Click on bee with watering can. He’ll use it on the potted plant and it’ll turn into a peach tree.

Use power glove to get weight

Show

Go right.

Show

Get toolbox

Show

Click on star to make it crash and form a crater. Click on star again to make it move away from the crater. Get mallet and give it to the rabbit. He’ll make a mochi (the thing the game calls a dumpling).

Get Mochi

Open toolbox and get hatchet/knife thing and pick axe.

For bad ending

Show

Just go to where the tree is and hack the peach down. The kid will be very small because the peach is very small.

For slightly better ending

Show

-Go back to scene with elephant and pond and use pickaxe on the small rock between the two big ones to make a river.
-Put Mochi on birdhouse/shrine and give weight to sun. The sun will go away and the just moon will be there.
-Click on the mochi again and the peach will grow big and fall off the tree. Float the down the river and when it stops, click on it.

For best ending

Show

-Follow the steps for the so-so ending but when you get to the point where the peach stops floating, use the hachet/knife to cut the grass on the riverbank.
-Click on the peach
-Click on peach again in the next scene and the fully developed kid will pop out.
