Postal Panic is a side-scrolling shooter created by Isaac Williams. You play a postal worker who fights “through the forces of the evil Prefect” to delivers letters.
Controls are with the arrow keys, space bar to shoot. The cannon rotates in direction of movement, but locks when shooting. A lot of people complained about the aiming controls, but that is precisely what makes this shooter different.
Postal Panic is far from being perfect, but I like this game because it’s fun and challenging.

The Canon rotates? That’s quite the talented “body of rules, principles, or standards accepted as axiomatic and universally binding in a field of study or art”. And it shoots, too! Wow! What does it shoot, rules or regulations?
:D
(IOW, I think you meant “cannon”.)
@ Reka - For once, French is simpler than English. Canon, canon, same spelling, different meanings. Anyway, my mistake (sigh)…
