Shot is the latest Puzzle game created by the talented Taro Ito from Japan. The goal here is to leave only one black ball on the board. To do so, select a black ball and drag it toward another ball, to push it off the board. Contiguous balls can’t push each other.
Each level is timed. Take too long to clear the board and you’ll run out of time and have to start over. Each time you complete a level in less than ten seconds, you get a few extra precious seconds for the next round (10 seconds minus your time). Each time you complete a level in more than ten seconds, you lose a few precious seconds for the next round (your time minus 10 seconds). So basically, in conclusion, think fast!
Shot is a very simple and challenging game, highly recommended for a short coffee break.

Ew, this is hard! It seems that the levels are randomized, rather than progressive in difficulty, so sometimes you get a doozy for level 2, and poof – game over.
Definitely good for a *short* break, simply because you ain’t gonna get far enough to make it a long break. :)
I find the timer unnecessary and the fact you have to start at the beginning every time stupid, frustrating and pointless. Otherwise a nice little game but spoilt by these two facts.
I like the randomized thing, you have a to learn a concept that each level presents. If the timer is removed and a level save is added I’ll play and enjoy this game.
Agree with previous comments, my learning curve is a little too slow so an option for untimed play would be beneficial.
I have become absolutely, totally and hopelessly addicted to these online games!!! The day before Thanksgiving I sliipped in the grocery store and landed on my right arm and really messed up my neck, shoulder, and of course, broke my arm, right below my shoulder!! I’m very coordinated, you can tell…LOL Since I couldn’t use both hands to play my CD games, I switched to just one! I had no idea there were so many online games for free and I’m having a blast!!!!!
Okay…regarding the game “Shot”, I enjoy this game; however, I wish the balls were easier to move so I could maneuver the board better! (Also wish there was a better way to phrase that sentence…) There [bold}MUST[/bold] be a better way.
