Karaoke Room

Karaoke Room is the latest Japanese Room Escape game created by the author of Elevator Room, Room-Room and Room-Room 2. You are trapped in a room and there is a karaoke machine there. I wonder if singing karaoke will help you to escape this room. Have fun!

   I have: Show

   Plate and memory stick (?) from first coffee table, scrap of paper from behind trash can, knife from underneath second couch, battery from behind fire extinguisher, and winding key from inside the first ottoman.

   I’ve used Show

   The knife to cut open the ottoman so I could get the winding key; the winding key on the doll on top of the TV, which made him walk off the edge, revealing a six-digit code on the side of the cabinet; and I’ve put the battery in the remote, but it’s asking for a room number which I don’t know.

   Oh, and I’ve Show

   turned on the thermostat. I think.

   Now I’m stuck.

   You can look above the second couch to see something rectangular on the ceiling. No idea what it’s supposed to be - a very strange light fixture, maybe? I haven’t been able to do anything with it.

   I don’t know if it was there before and I just didn’t click the right spot, or whether things change as you go along, but now I could click under the right corner of the second couch to get a wrench. I used the wrench to dissassemble the microphone and got a long pole. I used the pole to vandalize that thing on the ceiling, and got the key which fell on the floor. I used the key to open the cabinet under the TV and got this strange coin-like thing. I used the coin in the thing on the wall next to the door with the three black squares, so now I can enter 3-digit numbers in it.

   Put the temperature up to 22 degrees…Wait a while and pull away the curtain. Note: the number is mirrored!

    For the wrench:

    There’s a very specific area you need to click in to zoom in to see it. Go under the couch on the right, where you found the yellow-and-white rectangular thingy (memory card?). From the right edge of the screen, go about a third of the way along the black line separating the couch from the floor. Click there and it will zoom in under the couch where you can see the wrench.

    Took a lot of random clicking to figure that out. :(

    What’s the room number? I’ve tried the 2 numbers I’ve found and just get “Error” and nothing happens.

    and what would the room number be? have tried both numbers that I have backwards and forwards and combined coming up blank.

    set temparature to 22 and then pull back the curtain on the door. not sure if same in all games but mine looked like 122. this is the reverse view, so enter in the remote room number 551. think password is 150082 which is down the side of tv. then look at tv - it shows plate on table. put plate in same place, put paper on top and burn with lighter. now lift the plate & this gives you 3 digit number to use on wall. click on the door and your out!

    Walkthrough:
    Show

    Take the plate on table. Turn right, and take lighter on table. Click on bottom of couch, showing under the table and take the cutter. Click along the couch’s bottom to get the wrench. Turn right and tilt fire extinguisher for battery.

    Now use wrench on microphone for pole. Go right twice and use cutter on ottoman. Take windup key. Turn to the TV and use windup key on little man. He falls, revealing 150082. Turn to the screen with couch, table, and plant and look up. Use pole on “screen?” and look under the couch. A key has fallen.

    Now go to the thermostat and make it 22 degrees. Open curtain for code 551. It is reversed.

    Turn to the TV. Use key under TV and take coin. Turn to couch and garbage can. Click behind garbage can for paper. Turn right and use battery on remote. Click “ON.” Enter code 551, then 150082. Now look at the TV. There is a plate on the table. Turn to the indicated table and put on the plate, then paper, then light it with the lighter.

    Now lift the plate for a three digit code. Turn to door and use coin on three black panels. Input three digit code in the panels and open the door. You win!

    kitty, you can see a wrench by google, pictures, type wrench. its grey (or silver)

    aaaaaahhhh ok…!!!i had already taken it!!!i thought it was the grey thing on the table and the yellow i had taken was a memory card..sorry!!
