   I looked through the walk through and it didn’t mention the piece in the stocking with the dog, you have to hit it with the spade and it spits the piece out

   I am still missing 4 pieces though!

   The version I’m playing seems to be a bit newer and different than the one in all the walkthroughs. The walkthroughs never mention the dog (which has just come up–you have to decapitate him, well, sort of, with the fireplace shovel.) I’m also having trouble getting the piece out of the drawer in the front. I assume I have to jam it with something, but I can’t figure out what. No mention of that. Also, my ski poles were not next to the skis. One was hidden in the painting. AND I’m missing five pieces that I can’t account for, and I have EVERY piece in EVERY walkthrough.

   I’m pissed.

    I solved he puzzles, opened the safe, got money and the suit and belt and hat and mittens. Took skies and poles and I can’t get out. Where do I click? please halp me!

    Really hard this game, but it is possible. The walkthroughs are correct however I did have issues with solving the puzzle. I had to deconstuct the puzzle and reconstruct it then you get flowers across the screen to say the puzzle is complete.

    This game is pointless and a waste of time but i can’t stop. My friend and i have been sitting here for 2 hours and we are having serious problems. The button dosn’t work!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    new 2009 version i have got 5 pieces left to find been through all walkthroughs. cant get piece out of single drawer by the door so 4 others not known. found the third piece in picture with other pole and hit dog in stocking with shovel which are all new things NOT in 2008 walkthroughs.HELP NEEDED.

    A lot of people who have some sort of hearing impairment were having problems with this game. I’ve read a few comments from people who are deaf and were ticked because they played half the game and found out they couldn’t finish because you have to listen to bells. I would like to tell you that this game IS possible for you to completely finish - even if you are completely deaf!!! All you need is a program called Audacity. It’s FREE! and can be found here. It’s 2.13MB, a little large, but you can always un-install it later. With this program, you don’t need to HEAR the sounds… you can SEE them! Just open the program and click Record while clicking each of the bells in turn. Wait a few seconds before clicking the Pause button. Now you can see the notes. What I did then was copy those into Paintbrush. I left Paint visible so I could see it and Audacity. The last note in Audacity is the first note you need to hit for your Simon Says game. Match it with the ones you copied to Paint to figure out which bell it is. Unpause Audacity and click the bell you need. Wait a few seconds and Pause Audacity. The last 2 notes are the next in the Simon Says sequence. Match them with Paint. Keep doing this until you have all the notes figured out. There’s 1 bell, a set of 2 bells, a set of 3 bells, a set of 4 bells and a set of 5 bells. When you have it done, a key falls. It’ll land on the doorstep.
    NOTE! the sequence of the bells do NOT ever repeat!!! They do stay the same sequence within the game, but they WILL CHANGE IF YOU START THE GAME OVER!!!

    About Zooming:
    These are the versions I currently have and it works on ALL of them.
    In Firefox [version 2.0.0.16]: click your RIGHT mouse button and select Zoom In.
    In Netscape [9.0.0.5]: click your RIGHT mouse button and select Zoom In.
    In Internet Explorer [6.0.2900.2180]: click your RIGHT mouse button and select Zoom In.

    Now for my walk through. This is a FULL AND COMPLETE WALK THROUGH!! It lists EXACTLY where to find EVERYTHING - including ALL the Puzzle Pieces [there's 44 of them] and other items that were never mentioned in this site. Apparently, you don’t have to even find them, but since I love puzzles, I did.

    Fireplace Room:
    Show

    *Click on the letter on the mantle-piece. Read it. Put it back.
    *Zoom in twice on the top of the left stocking. Get Puzzle 1 from the cat’s tongue.
    *Click on each of the fireplace pokers. Use the broom in the fireplace up in the flue. DON’T get the belt yet.
    *Use the dust pan in the fireplace up in the flue.
    *Use the poker in the fireplace up in the flue. Get Puzzle 2.
    *Click on the dust pan. Click on the top of the right stocking. Use the dust pan on the dog. Get Puzzle 3.
    *Click under the right chair to get Puzzle 4.
    *Click to the left of the fireplace on the floor in between it and the fireplace poker stand. Get Puzzle 5.
    *Click the right curtain. Get Puzzle 6.
    *Click the bottle. Double click to look at the bottle. Click on it and get Puzzle 7.
    *Put the broom, poker and dustpan back.
    *Click on the plate of cookies, the cake and the tablecloth. Get Puzzle 8.
    *Put the tablecloth, bottle, cake and cookies back.
    *Get the poker. Go left.

    Bedroom:
    Show

    *Click on the puzzle on the night stand. Put the puzzle pieces you’ve found on the table. Put all the edge pieces on the mat. Put together as much of the outside as possible [stick with doing the puzzle from left to right. The puzzle pieces I was finding were mostly going on the left side. When I tried putting it ALL together, I kept messing up].
    *Click the bottom drawer. Get a toque and Puzzle 9. Look at the toque and click it several times. Get Puzzle 10. Put the toque back.
    *Click the top drawer. Get scissors and Puzzle 11.
    *Click on the puzzle. Put the puzzle pieces you’ve found on the table. Put together as much of it as you can.
    *Click on each of the presents. Get Puzzle 12 from the floor.
    *Click on the green present. Use the scissors on the bow. Get Puzzle 13. Put the present back on the floor. Do the same for ALL the other presents. Get Puzzle 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19. Once the presents are picked up, they go into your inventory from LEFT to RIGHT. To put the presents back on the floor, click on them from RIGHT to LEFT.
    *Click the painting. Click in the door and get Puzzle 20. Click on the little roof and get Puzzle 21. DON’T click on the ski pole yet. Click in the tunnel to the left of the loggers. Get Puzzle 22. DON’T click on the ski pole yet.
    *Click on the light to move it. Click repeatedly on the pillow till it raises up. Get Puzzle 23. Click repeatedly on the pillow and blanket till they’re higher in the air. Click under the bed for Puzzle 24. Click repeatedly on the pillow, blanket, mattress and box spring till they’re high in the air. Get an axe and Puzzle 25. The easiest way to do this is to have your game screen so the frame of the bed is on the bottom of your game window. Use your mouse hand to move your mouse and your other hand to click the mouse button. Click on the pillow till it’s as high up on your screen as it’ll go. Quickly click the blanket so it “meets” the pillow. Quickly click the mattress till it “meets” the blanket and finally on the box spring. If you’re fast enough, it IS possible to get BOTH the puzzle piece and the axe in the same go.
    *Use the poker on the bottom of the dresser [NOT the drawer]. Get Puzzle 26.
    *Click on the puzzle. Put the puzzle pieces you’ve found on the table. Put together as much of it as you can. Go left.

    Front Door:
    Show

    *Click the top right corner of the rug. Get Puzzle 27. Click the bottom left corner of the rug. Get Puzzle 28. Click all four corners of the rug and then in the middle. Get a lighter.
    *Click on the bucket. Get Puzzle 29.
    *Click on the skis. Look at the left one. Get Puzzle 30 in the boot. Look at the right one. Get Puzzle 31 on the tip. Put the skis back.
    *Use the axe on the drawer. Get Puzzle 32.
    *Click on the calendar till it’s empty. Use the poker on it. Get Puzzle 33. Go right.

    Bedroom:
    Show

    *Click on the puzzle. Put the puzzle pieces you’ve found on the table. Put together as much of it as you can. Go left, left.

    Tree Room:
    Show

    *Click under the tree. Get Puzzle 34.
    *Click on the right chair leg. Click till you get Puzzle 35.
    *Zoom in twice on the clock. Set it to 12:00 [click on each hand until they're both pointing to the 12]. Pull the strings 3 times. Click on the door and Santa pops out. Get Puzzle 36. If this is your first time playing this, just let the Santa come out and put your finger on your monitor where the puzzle piece is. Then just pull the strings 3 times and click on the door again while moving your mouse to your finger. Click repeatedly till you have the piece.
    *Click the cord on the lamp to turn it on. Click the left bottom edge. Get Puzzle 37.
    *Use the scissors on the top of the garbage bag [with the pears]. Go to the tree and click as many ornaments as you can. Put them in the garbage bag. Do this with ALL the ornaments.
    *Click as many candles as you can. Look at a candle. Use the lighter to light it. Do this with ALL of them. This deletes them from your inventory.
    *Get the star. Go left.

    Fireplace Room:
    Show

    *Put the star on the reindeer. Get Puzzle 38.
    *Use the axe on the left chair. Get Puzzle 39.
    *Click the cake. Look at the cake. Use the axe on it. Get Puzzle 40. Put the cake back.
    *Use the axe on the wood stand to the right of the fireplace. Go left.

    Bedroom:
    Show

    *Click on the puzzle. Put the puzzle pieces you’ve found on the table. Put together as much of it as you can. Go right, right.

    Tree Room:
    Show

    *Use the axe on the whole tree. Cut off all the leaves. The bottom row will stay there. Cut off all the branches. There’s 4 in each row of branches. Cut off all the stubs. There’s 4 in each row of stubs. Get Puzzle 41. I suggest zooming in on the tree to make sure there are NO stubs left! In a few minutes, you have to put the axe back under the bed… if the stubs are not ALL gone, you’ll have to get the axe back!!
    *Use the scissors on the new bag. Get the hat and mitts. Get Puzzle 42. Put the mitts and hat back into the bag. Go right.

    Front Door:
    Show

    *Put the lighter back under the rug. Get the pail. Go right.

    Bedroom:
    Show

    *Put the scissors back in the top drawer. Click on the puzzle. Put the pieces on the table. Put together as much of it as you can. Go right, right.

    Tree Room:
    Show

    *Put the pail on top of the wood stand. Use the poker on the vent. Get Puzzle 43. Go left.

    Fireplace Room:
    Show

    *Put the poker back. Go left.

    Bedroom:
    Show

    *Put the axe back under the bed. Your inventory should be COMPELTELY EMPTY!! Go left, left.

    Tree Room:
    Show

    *Click on the tree stump. Go right.

    Front Door:
    Show

    *Click on the stump [if you can't get it out of your inventory, click on it in the FIRST box]. Click on the door. Go right.

    Fireplace Room:
    Show

    *Get the poker, broom and dust pan. Go left, left.

    Front Door:
    Show

    *Use the broom in the little pile of snow outside on the sidewalk. Use the dust pan to get Puzzle 44.
    *Use the poker under the wreath outside. Get a beard.
    *Click on the bells to hear what sound each makes. You’ll have to do a Simon Says game. Get a key. Go right, right.

    Fireplace Room:
    Show

    *Put the poker, broom and dust pan back. Get the belt. Go left.

    Bedroom:
    Show

    *Click on the puzzle. Put the last piece in the puzzle. You’ll see flowers.
    *Click on every present. Push the red button. Put the presents back.
    *Use the key on the safe. Get the suit and money.
    *Click on the painting. Get the first ski pole. Click in the tunnel to the left of the loggers. Get the second ski pole. Go right, right.

    Tree Room:
    Show

    *Get the hat and mitts. Go right.

    Front Door:
    Show

    *Get the skis. You should now have: beard, belt, suit, 2 ski poles, hat, mitts, and 2 ski’s [and a key].
    *Click outside the door.
    *YOU’RE DONE!!!!!

    How to chop the tree Show

    Empty your inventory.
    Get all the ornaments
    Put them all in the pear bag
    Use the axe to chop down the tree. Chop the long sticks into twigs.
    Open the red bag with the scissors. Take the Hat and the mittens .Get piece 34. Return the hat and the mittens. Get the puzzle piece at the top of the tree.

    i just realised there is a piece of jigsaw under the 2nd mattress but …. i cant seem to gett it . you have to push up all the things on the bed before you can get it …. it is hard
