i’ve put the blue botton on the light switch, then go back to the green book something added up in washed up japanese script. can somebody translate this japanese text?

[Once you have the flashlight go to floor 1 turn the light off and click on the dark brown spot with the flashlight and you will find the screwdriver]

how do you attach the rope on the rail? I click everywhere but doesn’t work
I suceeded with the rope! I didn’t read that the door has to be open!
