We really need a walkthrough – had to look up the last things myself on the internet (like WhiteWolf’s spoiler-ed hint up there).
To make it easier for others, here’s where to look and what to do:
1) Show

Press phone button for some seconds.
Then do as advised and press phone button 10 times.

2) Show

Look at small black screen above vertical numbers panel and wait. An escape-man will flicker up every few seconds.

3) Show

Below horizontal numbers panel, behind the bar (a small green part is visible).

4 + 5) Show

At horizontal numbers panel, press “Game Start” and memorize numbers. Enter numbers, then repeat the same for the next two stages of the game.
(I found that a pen, a piece of paper & the ability to write without looking down work wonders for this game. If it’s too fast for you, numbers follow below:)

Level one – 1, 5, 8, 3, 6, 10, 6, 3
Level two – 2, 4, 9, 3, 6, 7, 1, 5
Level three – 10, 3, 6, 5, 4, 7, 9, 1, 3, 10

Take heavy escape-man.
In the back of elevator, lift corner of rug to the right. Take screwdriver. Examine the heavy escape-man and use screwdriver to split it in two parts.

6) Show

Take receipt from the floor in the back of elevator.
Calculate the blacked-out number.
(Remember that the sum is 110 % because it includes tax).

Enter these numbers at the vertical numbers panel. Return to back of elevator and take escape-man.

7) Show

Look at the backside of receipt.

8) Show

At the left side of the elevator, take escape-man from poster.

9) Show

Follow the up arrow on the poster and look at ceiling (click up and a bit to the left – tricky to find). Open hatch.

10) Show

At vertical numbers panel, use screwdriver to pry off button no. 10.

After that, Show

look at escape men. Their arms form the letters C and O. This refers to the elevator door: C = Close, O= Open.
Press the Close/Open buttons in the sequence indicated by the escape-men and leave.

Boy, did I ever botch that one. I knew I was in trouble as soon as I realised just how little space there is to stash stuff in an elevator!
