Kaitai Dismantlement – Chapter Barber’s Pole is the tenth installment in the Kaitai Dismantlement series from Gam.eBB.

In this Point’n’Click puzzle game, as its name says, you will have to dismantle a barber’s pole. To do so, you only have a screwdriver.

And your brain.

And that’s it! Now the question is: why would you take apart this barber’s pole? Fans of the series know why…

   wow, this time is quite easy..
   here’s a hints in case anyone needs it ;)

   1st puzzle
   hints:
   Show

   look at doormat

   answer:
   Show

   and lights up all of the 4×4 square following the sequence on doormat. for easy way, draw a line from 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, and so on

   2nd puzzle
   hints:
   Show

   open the puzzle location first, and switch off the light’s pole by clicking on “barber’s symbol” at the bottom the puzzle. move out, and look at
   spinning lights pole, wait until you see some letters written on it. back to puzzle again, see the clue, and enter the code

   answer:
   Show

   you will see “ABCD” written on blue line, and “EFGH” on red line, so the answer is “AFCH”

   3rd puzzle
   hints:
   Show

   see “GIRL FEHF”, and use this code to turn the switch to left or right. you will a blue indicator that shows whether you’re moving right

   Righth-Right-Right-Left-Left-Left-Right-Left

   4th puzzle
   hints:

   look at barber window. imagine, that you cut the paper according the lines, and attach it with the symbol’s guidance, i.e. star with star, diamond with diamond, circle with circle, and there you’ll get you 1, 2, 3, 4 letter for answering the puzzle

   look at the door, and see “BARBAR SEVEN”, and match the letter with the hints

   answer:

   BARBAR SEVEN = 123123 45657, and the code is : 1357, so the answer is “BREN”

     Out of curiosity: How does the hint for the 3rd puzzle translate into the solution? The solution works, yes, but I wonder why.

       It has to do with the words “left” and “right”

       they are all letters in the words RIGHT and LEFT, T is in both, so that one is taken away to avoid confusement :o)

   The interface gave me some trouble: it wasn’t intuitive to close the lid before the solved puzzle would come off.
