Not bad, but in the end, it never gets as challenging as it ought to be.

     1. Connect tubes to the three flowing tubs (2,3,4) on the right so that all water from these will be aligned to flow into the 8-transfer-tub (need 6 connecting pipes)
     2. Place the 4-transfer-tub with its brim leveling with the top of the 5 blocks on the right. (bottom left corner of that tub should touch the top right corner of the fixed 1-transfer-tub)
     3. Place the 2-transfer-tub next to the 8-transfer-tub, sitting on the 2 blocks.
     4. Place the 4-storage-tub below the 2-transfer-tub, next to the blocks.
     5. Connect the two remaining turning pipes to the left and right flowing 4-tubes accordingly so that the water will be directed to flow centered.
     6. Place the 3-transfer-tub underneath the center 4-flowing tub (so all water from the three 4-flowing tubs would flow through it).
     7. Voila!
