HexxagonHexxagonHexxagon is one of the most popular board game of strategy, upon Othello and Ataxx. The original version was written in 1992 by Argo Games, and this Flash version was updated for the web by Paul Neave in 2003.

The idea is to take over as much of the board as you can with pieces of your own color. Whenever you move, the pieces next to yours will be converted to your color. There are two types of moves, a jump or double, indicated when your piece is selected.

Let’s face it, the graphics here are not the best you have ever seen, and the IA is not particularly strong. That being said, this version of Hexxagon is still very fun and it is easy to see why this game was so successful.

Have fun!
