On replaying the game I got all 15 locusts but couldn’t reproduce the Show

   Fear of Fetus medal.

The game has just frozen on me so here’s a walkthrough but I haven’t been able to test run it all:

Part I – getting past the dog:
   Show

Take stick from pile. Throw stick for dog (get Fetch Dog Fetch medal). Take another stick. Examine tree stump.
Remove piece of bark to see the termites.

   Go left.
Use stick on hanging man (get human pinata medal).
   Take mug from sleeping reincarny.
Use mug to collect sap from tree on left.

   Go left.
Talk to the reaper (new mission to get 15 plague locusts).
Catch 3 bugs in a row – if you fail, talk to the reaper again until you catch them all.
Get bug poison and put some in the mug of sap.
Click on snake, it slithers off.

   Go right three times.
Click demon who runs off. Use mug on object (left of inventory) to dilute the poison.

Go left, click on demon (get Fear of Fetus medal, although I couldn’t find the demon again on a re-run).
Use stick in mug. Use poisoned, sap covered stick on termites.

   Go right.
Use stick on bush by snake. Click demon (who runs up to the treat).
Click loose fence ball (it falls, knocking out the snake). Take the pink demon.

Go left, give demon to the dog and enter the human realm.

Part II – In the Human Realm:
   Show

   Take the three locusts.
Click the brick on the left (on a flowerpot near the cat). Click the cat, the brick falls on it and you enter the shop.

Wait til shopkeeper walks over to the right of the juke box. Click the juke box, she dances, a vase falls off the cupboard and knocks her out. Take scissors. Go upstairs.

Take sad drama mask and mirror. Open drawer above open one and take rope. White door is locked. Dog?

Go out onto balcony. Take two locusts. Climb over to balcony on left.

Click to left, take two more locusts. Take roll of tape from box on ground. Use rope (tie to balcony) and climb down it.

Enter door on right. Turn off a/c unit. Barkeeper has remote. Use tape on mirror. Use taped up mirror thermostat controls. Click the thermostat to turn a/c off.

Whilst Stub is drinking click red marker to write sign. After 10 drinks you get the Designated Driver medal. Leave bar – take two more locusts.

Go left, take three more locusts.

Go right and back in bar. Stub leaves to go preaching. Follow him left… oops! Take two more locusts. Take bone from Stub’s arm.

Go back to the bedroom above the shop and give the bone to the dog. Open the ottoman and take the yarn ball. Use the sad mask with the yarn ball and get the Mask we Wore medal.

Go back out onto the balcony (wearing the mask). Go all the way left.

Use scissors on sign above thug. Enter through gates.

   Part III – the apartment:
   Show

Take banana skin and stone. Look at cracked window. Use stone on window. Move barrel, move box, move tyre. Enter through window.

Take crowbar. Use crowbar on crate on right. Go right. Call lift. Use banana skin on Sebastain. Enter room on right.

When Madame goes right, click on aligator who moves his tail. She walks back and falls. Knock over the bottle XXX on the table.

Turn on fan to send voodoo doll back to hell. Get Keeping Hell Whole medal.

   15 locusts, 6 medals.

You forgot one locust in the walkthrough:
     Show

Before re-entering the bar (before Stub goes preaching), there’s a locust.

OK, so according to the B-Group blog, there are 10 medals in the game. So far we’ve found 6:

   Show

Fetch Dog Fetch (throw a stick to the dog)
The Human Pinata (hit the hanging human with a stick)
Fear the Fetus (click the fetus behind the tree in the first scene)
The Mask We Wear (combine sad mask and ball of yarn)
The Crops are Safe (catch all 15 locusts)
Keeping Hell Whole (beat the game)

   Anyone find some others?

   I remember two more:
   Show

Designated Driver (stick around the bar and watch Stubs drink quite a few beers)
The Last Dance (make lady dance a bunch of times)

OK…Googling has told me that the last two medals involve
   Show

somehow LOSING the game (not getting all 3 souls).

Don’t know how to do that though.

And mikgrn – thanks for those two medals:
   Show

10 beers for the first, 10 jukebox-plays for the second.

Oh yes – I think one of them is
     Show

     getting zero locusts.

The only way I managed to achieve the “Playing the Blues” Achievement – not getting all three souls for Luke – was this way:
     Show

After you’ve managed to break the a/c sensor with the taped mirror & Stubs starts drinking, do not touch that red marker beside the sign. Instead, leave the bar. Once outside, click the left arrow to see that black guy with the bat just standing there, as expected. Return once more to the bar, & you’ll notice that Stubs’ sign has a bit of a…sweeter approach to that crazy killer’s heart strings. This keeps Stubs from turning into batting practice & that would-be-murderer safe on the streets…& ensures that Luke will be exceptionally pissed.

     :D
