Nothing difficult but walkthrough anyway:
Show

Right twice, take elephant.

Back to start, use elephant on puddle. Take rainbow.

Go right and use rainbow on ballons hanging from cloud. Take cat.

Go all the way right and use the cat on the mouse. Take the mouse.

Back to the start and click the grass to see a hole. Use the mouse on the hole. Take the fire alarm.

Go right and use the alarm on the room with the skunk. Take the key (on the bed upstairs).

Go right twice and use the key on the car. Pick up the brush and paint.

Go left and use the paint on the rotting log. Take the roof tile.

Back to the start and use the tile on the blocks. Take the karate person.

Go right and use the person on the meat block. Pick up grandma and her dog.

Back to the start and reunite grandma and grandad.
