   I hammered the lock mechanism on the door and it opened…brick wall. Strange door..opens two ways and seems to have a mirror on each door when it is open.

    daber, what do you do with the puzzle? I haven’t found out how to make it respond to anything. It does seem to be missing some pieces but I haven’t found them anywhere either.

    the signs on the cards like a circule match up with one on the card so if you see a circule and a dimond put those on one of the four out side of the colored squares

    this game is driving me crazy i know i need to light the candle but cant work it out
    i think the puzzle above the fireplace corresponds to the coloured bricks on the wall behind the door but cant work it out.

    OK got the color box thing figured out… Also lit the candle and changed the symbols on the front but don’t know what that means. Still looking for one piece to the floor puzzle…any help?

    Here’s what I remember, without playing it again (’cause I really need to get to bed).
    Show

    Padlock - behind left side of washing machine. (It’s not really a washing machine, but you know what I mean.)

    Candle - drawer of colorful cash register. (Again, that’s not what it is, but maybe in another universe…)

    Green card from the top of one of the corner posts, forget exactly which one.

    Hammer - use the padlock to break the “in an emergency, break glass” box (on the bookshelf, second row left side).

    Infinity book - bottom shelf.

    Striker - wooden box on the mantel.

    Yellow card - cauldron in the fireplace? I think.

    Tinder - to the left of the cauldron.

    Purple card - stack of books on the single shelf (lift three books, put them aside, then lift two books and get the card).

    Use the hammer to knock the lock off the door. Open the door in each direction and note that one of the mirror images shows something that’s not there in “real life”. (Intersection symbol on the wall above the cash register.) Also note the pattern of bricks behind each “side”, in particular the red ones.

    Use the washing machine to turn the padlock into a key, the hammer into a nail, and the striker into a bar of magnesium. (Short cycle = white button)

    Use the key to open the treasure chest and get the piece of uranium (click each round thing until you pick up one).

    Use the washing machine to enlarge the uranium. (Long cycle = black button).

    Put the codes from the cards into the cash register. Important: each card is made up of four symbols. So yellow and green don’t have plus signs, they have a vertical bar and a horizontal bar. The order of symbols doesn’t matter, just use the four buttons that correspond to each color in whatever order you like. When you get it right, you won’t be able to zoom in on the buttons anymore.

    Click the spot on the wall where you saw the symbol in the mirror. When you get it, it’ll tell you that you heard something.

    Put the enlarged uranium into the funnel with the radioactivity symbol. Put the tinder on the black tray, then hit the button. Use the magnesium on the metal part that’s now rotating, until the tinder lights from the sparks. Use the flaming tinder on the candle (or was that the other way around? - anyway, light the candle). Oh, and before you go away, get the button from the drawer.

    Open that round cabinet thingy to the right of the fireplace. Put the nail into the hole in the bottom, then put the candle on the nail. Close the door and note the symbol. Move the slider switch to the other side and note the new symbol. Repeat until you get back to the beginning, noting each symbol and the direction of the slider switch.

    Use the code from the candle to get another code from the infinity book. Count the number of sides on each shape; that’s the number of pages to turn, in the direction of the switch. Important: opening the book counts as a page turn. (The code is 5 right, 3 left, 6 right, 4 left, then one right to get the code.)

    Click the symbol above the fireplace to see a set of 18 knobs. Put in the intersection of the brick patterns from behind the door, i.e. turn only those knobs to vertical where *both* sides of the door had red bricks.

    Get the button that fell into the cauldron. Click the bottom of the floor to see the yellow circle. Put in your two buttons, then click the ones that correspond to the code in the book.

    Go into the black doorway. Click towards the middle right until you find the light switch. Enjoy (?) the ending.

    WALKTHROUGH
    Show

    Get lock left of washing machine.
    Get candle in drawer of color machine.
    Get green card at top of wooden pole.
    Get book in bookcase on bottom shelf. Get hammer in box left of 2nd top shelf, break glass with lock.
    Get yellow card in pot in fireplace.
    Get tinder left of pot in fireplace.
    Get striker in box on top of fireplace.
    To lift the books on the shelf, you can only move 3 at a time: Click 3rd book from top, click spot between candle holder and books on shelf to move books. Now click 2nd book, take purple card.
    Use hammer to break lock on door.
    Note that door can open 2 ways depending on what handle you use to open it!!!
    When opened with left handle, see a reflection of the fireplace.
    When opened with right handle, see a reflection of the color machine, note a button in the reflection that doesn’t actually show on the normal view of the machine.
    Also note that the positions of red bricks on the wall behind the door change depending on what side the door was opened.
    Put lock in washing machine, push white button (half spin cycle), get key.
    Repeat with striker to get magnesium.
    Repeat with hammer to get nail.
    Use key on green box, take small uranium, 3rd one in 2nd row.
    Put uranium in washing machine, push big black button (full spin cycle), get big uranium.
    Put big uranium in white tube on left of color machine, put tinder on black plate between button and machine, push button, use magnesium on spinning rod just above tinder to light fire.
    Use candle on fire to light candle.
    To enter color code, zoom in on color blocks, the codes come from the cards.
    Green: circle, cross, horizontal line, vertical line.
    Yellow: up arrow, down arrow, horizontal line, vertical line.
    Purple: circle, down arrow, plus sign, diamond.
    Turn machine on and get button in drawer.
    Remember the reflection in the left door of the button that isn’t really there? Click in the yellow stripe on the wall, (where button is in mirror) just right of the white tube with the uranium until “something somewhere has clicked”
    Open door with symbol above fireplace.
    These buttons relate to the brick walls behind the door. Note that the symbol was 2 white circles, but where the circles overlap, it is red. So it works like this, in both walls, the red bricks are in different positions, but some are in the same positions. Where the red bricks are in the same position, these are the buttons that you need to turn, there is only 3.

    You will see “something has dropped” check the pot again to get another button.
    Open machine on pole to right of fireplace, put nail in bottom, then candle, close door.
    You should see an infinity sign in the window, this refers to the book that you found earlier. Moving the lever on the door changes the shape in the window. Make note of these shapes, their order, the number of corners each shape has as well as the position of the lever. Example: Pentagon has 5 corners, and lever is on right side.
    You should get this: pentagon 5 right, triangle 3 left, hexagon 6 right, diamond 4 left and omega 1 right (no idea why omega is 1, but it works)
    View the book, turn the pages in the order of the shapes. IMPORTANT! Turning the cover page counts as the first turn.
    So, turn 5 pages to right (including cover page), 3 pages to left, 6 pages to right, 4 pages to left, 1 page to right.
    You will find symbols similar to the buttons, write this down.
    Zoom out completely, click to the bottom of the screen to see another puzzle on the floor.
    Put the buttons in the puzzle. Now light the buttons up in the order seen in the book.
    Like this:
    1 X 6
    X 2 3
    4 5 X
    If done right, all buttons will light up and a door will appear, click the door.
    You will be in a dark room, the light switch is somewhere to the right of the screen, random clicking necessary. Clicking the toilet will end the game.

    Crappy ending if you ask me…

    That was a pretty dumb ending. I can’t tell if the creator was trying to be funny or trying to annoy the people playing the game. Thanks for the walkthrough!
