Nekonote Escape 7 – Doll

Nekonote Escape 7 – Doll is the latest installment in the Japanese Room Escape Nekonote series. “The lion is crying, because his favorite doll was hidden!” Well, I suppose that your main goal here is to find the lion’s doll. And it seems that it won’t be easy, at least for me. Have fun!

   Reka, you said 11 dolls, but in your walkthrough you just mentioned 10. where is no. 11?

   Vanni_Ogg, I did mention #11 – it’s the one you shouldn’t get if you’re going for a high score.

   It’s behind the TV cabinet, if you want to get it anyway. Click towards the left edge of the cabinet to zoom in. (There are also some lovely dust bunnies back there.)

   I know that there are already two walkthroughs, but if you are having trouble getting a certain doll, then here is a list of them.
   Lovely
   Show

   When you face the door, click the picture to close up, then click it again. The doll is behind the picture.

   Unnamed Doll 1

   Facing the plant, click on the plant many times until it says “something fell.” click on the bottom part of the plant for the doll.

   Pirate
   Show

   Facing the plant, lift the left cat. Take the cane. Click cane, then about item. Click the cane for the knife. Use the knife on the plant (you’ll need to click on it MANY times) and take this doll.

   Facing couch, click on far left leg. Use cane knife on the slightly darker orange part. Take doll.

   Facing couch, click on far right leg, and click to the right. Get the doll behind the junk.

   Gold
   Show

   Facing couch, click on far right leg, and click to the right. Click around on the left side of the box until it moves. Get the gold doll. (By the way, this is worth 300 points!)

   Sleep
   Show

   Facing cookie machine, look in box and move around the junk. Find the sleep doll.

   Dance
   Show

   Facing frog, use cane knife on black patch. Get the key. Go to the picture and move it. Use the key on the safe. Take shooting game. Turn to game console and click red light to turn it on. Put in the shooting game. Play the game (it’s not hard) and then open right drawer below the TV. Take the doll.

   Mouse
   Show

   Facing TV, open the right cabinet under the TV (not open? check Dance) and take a star coin. Go to the cookie machine and pop in a star coin. Turn the handle and take a cookie. Click cookie, then about item. Unwrap cookie, then go to the box. Move it and click inside the mouse hole. Use cookie on hole and take key. Look in mouse hole and move big mouse. Take the doll.

   Facing couch, lift the pillow and take the doll.

   The Lion’s Doll
   Show

   Use the key you got from “mouse” and use it on the cabinet next to the frog. Input these characters in the safe. 1. Circle with circle inside it. 2. Triangle with line over it. 3. Star. 4. X. 5. Plain Circle.

   You’ve beaten the game with full 1,000 score!

   you don’t need the knife. You just need to keep clicking on the plant until it breaks. I know the end result looks like it was sliced through, but that’s just a quirk of the artwork.
