Dr Stanley’s House is a Room Escape game in Chinese that was created by James Li in May 2005.
Dr. Stanley has done brilliant research but someone is after his secret research files. Dr. Stanley hides them in his home and has a dog to keep his house safe from burglars.

can some one tell me how to get past the dog…. I have the meat, a plate and a brown bottle of some sort… I feed the dog but once i try to get past him, he runs back and blocks me. please help….thank you

seeing as i cant even see the paper to see the code i give up,yet i can see the houses and stuff ok,why couldnt they have used a light colour for inventory

I just started playing the game, but it’s all in Japanese! To the point, didn’t someone say that the game came in English too? If so, how do I set it for English?
Getting the phone to work is a pain. DId the whole thing and even smashed the old man in the head with the plans and got a few …*…* letters. Craptastic scale is leaning to 3. Would have been a 5 if the end wasn’t so stanky.
Looks like I don’t get to see the ending. Craptastic Scale goes from 3 to 0. Don’t waste your time on this one people. Phone renders this one flushable.

If you cannot get ending sequence you have not completed all tasks…

Once you have completed all steps, you should be able to click on phone for ending sequence. Hope this helps. I really enjoyed this one!
Pammie, do you know where I can find a Japanese/English translator? I’ve given the coffee and the plans to the comtose old man, but when I click (randomly) on the phone, I get this message (which I can’t read, hense the needed translator). Please, help if you can. \m/(^_^)\m/
where are the plans then i put the keys in coresponding places on the wall thingy

Wooo finally finished!! To get the plans theres this stary thing in the bathroom and you have to put the correct colour key inn the right slot and then after you’ve done that they should appear :)
Lol that probably doesnt make much sense but oh well!

to get past the dog u need to go into the kitchen, get the meat, a plate, and the sauce which is in the lower left hand corner of the screen, then put the meat on the plate, and the sauce on the meat, then go outside to the dog, click on the meat and put it in his foodbowl which he is facing… its looks like a donut… its kinda near the door… the dog will eat it and fall asleep.
also for everyone if u dont want to waste your time putting the statue in the keypad space after u type in the code, i will tell u the order for the star thing

Not really a hard game actually, for once I finished something without a walkthrough or even hints!!

Finished it! goodness that took forever! you have to give the old man the cofee and then give him the plans. click his head again and then go click on the phone. good luck everyone!

Wow first game i ever played without any spoilers, wish it was in english but even than it was one of the best one’s i played yet. felt like i was in a mystery movie.
This game scares the crap out of me!
