Nekonote Escape 7 â€“ Doll is the latest installment in the Japanese Room Escape Nekonote series. “The lion is crying, because his favorite doll was hidden!” Well, I suppose that your main goal here is to find the lionâ€™s doll. And it seems that it wonâ€™t be easy, at least for me. Have fun!

you use the key with the hole behind the picture and take a cd, play the game and then you can open the cabinet that you cannot open before. take a money with star and use with the cookie machine, give it to mouse in the mouse cave, it will give you a key. use it with machine in the left of frog and use the plastic thing with the book. It says GHOST (this is the code)

use the symbols that you found – IE: Dog has 3 symbols, each one stands for the letters in the word dog….same with Hat…..and the bowl on the table….all have the symbols

the symbols are located on the salt shaker, the picture on the wall with the lights out, and the under side of the hat. there are three letters in gog and they correspond to the symbols that are there…get it

take the cookie out of the wrapper and give it to the mouse, it gives you a key to open the cabinet next to the frog. get the decoder and use it on your book whic gives you the code GHOST. X=S (according to the sugar cup in the tea set) the hat has 3 symbols but I can’t figure out the rest of G H O T

Monte, what does “three letters in gog” mean?

Anyone know how we are supposed to order the symbols for ghost? is there a method anyone has found besides guessing.

i mispelled. i meant to say dog. the dog is on the picture when you place the two puzzle pieces on it. one piece is behind the lower right of the clock and the other is under the couch

ok this symbol code has me stumped to.i dont get it u get the word ghost,yet dog has 3 symbols hat has 3 and salt shaker 1.ghost is a 5 letter word and yet we have 7 symbols.

WALKTHROUGH:
This Walkthrough includes 8 Dolls, plus the Lion’s doll making nine. (Note: if you’re going for the final score, I wouldn’t take the angry doll. It gives you -10 score.)

Click picture of lion and move it. Take Doll 1 behind it. Go left and move things in box to get Doll 2. Move the box and now take the hat. Look at hat in ABOUT ITEM and find code on the other side. Go left and punch the frog. Click on the black part and see “there is sand inside.” Click under the orange cabinet and take the book. Look through it. Go left and click on right pillow. Get Doll 3. Take note of the puzzle above the couch. Click on the right side of underneath couch. And note the thing you can’t reach. Click on the couch’s leg to find Doll 4 behind the junk. Back up and click on the left back leg of the couch. Click on bottom of orange part, and it says there is something inside the dark orange circle. Back up and turn to your left. Turn on the game console. Turn left and click on largest cat. Get the cane. Click the clock and use the cane to get the puzzle piece. Turn to the couch and get the other puzzle piece under the couch (the thing you couldn’t reach before) with the cane. Put together the puzzle and turn off the lights. (Right of door.) See another code on the puzzle. Use cane in ABOUT ITEM and click it to make it into a knife. Use the knife on the black part of the frog. Take the red key inside. Go back to the dark orange part of the couch by clicking the far left leg and use the knife on it. Get Doll 5. Turn to the door and click on picture. Use key on the safe. Take shooting game CD and put it into the game console. Play the game. I’m not sure how many points you need to get, but you’ll reach it soon enough. Click right door under TV and take a star coin and take Doll 6 behind star coin box. Back up. Turn left three times and use coin on vending machine. Turn the handle and take your cookie. Click cookie, then ABOUT ITEM. Open up the cookie and go to the mousehole. Use the cookie on it and it brings a key. Take the key. Turn left and use the key on the orange cabinet. Click on lower shelf to get a semitransparent sheet of plastic. Click on book, then ABOUT ITEM. Flip to Hunpty Dumpty Story and put on plastic. The letters in the holes spell “ghost.” Close up on blue safe and use your codes. Each code symbol represents a letter of the thing it was on. Use the symbols to spell ghost. G- Circle with circle inside it. H- Triangle with line over it. O- Star. S- X. T- Plain Circle. Take lion’s doll. Repair the cane and look near the TV. Look behind it and use cane to get Doll 7. Go to plant and click it until it says “something fell.” Look under plant and take Doll 8.

Hi, I’m back! There are more dolls! Look inside the mousehole and move the big mouse to get a doll. Next, remember where we found Doll 4? Move the box to get Doll 9! You may have to click the box a lot first, though. Now you can exit by going to the door and opening it. Give Lion’s doll to him and you’ve beaten Doll!

there’s anything behind the shawl? I’ve clicked on it a zillion times, but it just moves back and forth tantalizingly.

I’m currently on 11 dolls not counting Lion’s. That seems like such an odd number, though.

Ok, I’ve come to the conclusion that there are indeed 11 dolls (12 total with Lion’s doll).

Complete walkthrough, slightly more efficient (and hopefully more readable) than Snowman’s above.

Zoom in on the photo. Click on the photo to move it to the right and get doll #1 (“lovely”) from behind it. Note the keyhole. Go back and turn right.

Lift the big cat and get the cane. Zoom in on the clock and click the right edge repeatedly until it moves. Get the puzzle piece from behind it using the cane. Zoom out.

Click the plant leaves so they wiggle. Keep clicking until the message says “something fell down”. Click the shadow behind the pot and get doll #2 (call it babushka doll A). Zoom out and click the plant leaves some more, until they break off and you can get doll #3 (“pirates”).

Turn right. Note that there’s a doll (“angry”) behind the TV, but if you want the maximum score, don’t get it. Note the symbol on the back of the sugar pot (table in the foreground). Note that there’s a door under the tv that you can’t open.

Turn right. Lift the pillows on the couch and get doll #4 (babushka B). Click under the couch towards the right and get the puzzle piece using the cane. Don’t zoom out yet! Click the right back leg of the couch until you see some boxes. Get doll #5 (babushka C) from behind the boxes. Keep clicking the boxes until they move forward and you can get doll #6 (“gold”).

Go back and zoom in on the picture above the sofa. Put the puzzle pieces in place and zoom back out. Zoom in on the left end of the sofa. Use “about item” on the cane and click on the metal collar to reveal the knife. Use the knife on the darker spot and get doll #7 (babushka D).

Go back and turn right. Use the knife on the black part of the frog and get the red key. Click under the cabinet and get the book.

Turn right. Get the hat from the hook on the left. Click inside the cardboard box and move the stuff around until you get doll #8 (“sleep”). Go back out and turn right.

Zoom in on the photo again, move the picture out of the way and use the red key on the keyhole. Get the game disk. Go back and turn right twice until you see the TV. Click the red button on the computer until it turns green. Put the game disk into the vertical slot on the right of the computer. Click the TV and play the game. (Trust me, if I can beat it, you can beat it.) Zoom out and click the cabinet under the TV – it’ll now be open. Get doll #9 (“dance”) and one of the coins. Go back.

Turn right or left three times until you see the vending machine. Use the coin on the machine and get the cookie. Look at the cookie with “about item” and remove it from its wrapper. Click the front of the cardboard box so it moves and you can see the mousehole. Zoom in on the mousehole and put the cookie in front of it. A mouse will come and take the cookie, then shortly return with an orange key. Get the key and go back, then zoom in on the mousehole again and click on the hole to look inside it. Move the big mouse and get doll #10 (“mouse”). Zoom back out.

Turn left and use the orange key to open the cabinet. Get the plastic sheet from the bottom shelf. Use “about item” on the book and turn to the page with the Humpty Dumpty rhyme. Use the plastic sheet on the book to see the letters of the code word (ghost).

Turn right twice and turn off the lights with the switch next to the door. Turn right or left three times and zoom in on the puzzle above the couch. You’ll see a picture of a dog with three symbols under it. Use “about item” on the hat. Flip it over to see another three symbols. Combine these six symbols, the one on the sugar pot, and the code word from the book to get the symbol code for the safe.

Go back and turn around to the door so you switch the lights back on. Turn left twice, zoom in on the safe and use the code you found to open it. Get Lion’s doll. Turn right twice, click the doorknob to open the door, and give Lion’s doll to him. Click through the conversation to reach the end.
