  2. Phaedra says:

This is a nightmare game. You are probably better off just clicking randomly than trying to SEE the 10 items you need to find to finish the segments. As far as the game to earn clues, another nightmare. 3 clues and such tiny invisable items does not make for an enjoyable experience. I wish I had not bought this one.

  3. Donna says:

I agree with Phaedra. You can’t see the items because they are so small. The lack of being able to increase the number of hints unless you are successful playing Minesweep (which I have not ever mastered) is ridiculous. Right now I can’t go any further in the game for trying to find the Pi symbol in 1863’s Battle of Chattanooga. I’ve clicked on everything, including every blade of grass and still haven’t found the Pi symbol. Anyone out there no where it’s located? Thanks.

  4. jane says:

Check out http://www.gamezebo.com for their Hidden Mysteries-Civil War Tips. Their 16 page synopsis of this game is somewhat helpful.

  9. Donna says:

I’ve been playing this game in the Relaxed Mode and it’s anything but relaxing. I can’t imagine what it’s like to play in the timed mode! I have started doing something different in playing this game, and that is I don’t read what’s needed on the left-hand side, I just start click on everything in sight. Eventually I get down to two or three items left and then I start looking for those specifically. This has been helping me considerably. Good luck everyone! Thankfully we already know the outcome of the war!

  10. Opa Haase says:

I can’t find the last bolt in Siege of Petersburg. My last hint, but the hit window went away so fast I couldn’t see it. Help

  29. Audie says:

Help. My curser is too large to click on a object on the bottom.

  30. Audie says:

Okay I am an idiot. I just got rid of the full screen

  31. ToppyToo says:

Most items were too tiny, several times using the hint feature was useless as I couldn’t see where the hint was on screen and so the hint was wasted, the cursor was too large and several times when I clicked an item and was correct, the item did not respond. I found this game to be more of a pain than enjoyable, and not worth the money.

  44. phaedrah says:

the comb in Cold Harbor is under the gutter on the right side of the building. it’s very dark and you might as well randomly click to get it…or save a hint as i did :)
