Haniwa 2 is the sequel to Haniwa, a Japanese Room Escape game all written in Japanese. In Haniwa 2, you find yourself trapped in an unknown room, and this one has no door!  Search for items, combine them if possible and find a way to escape from this room. Have fun!

    back the star thing (it is battery), put it back in button box

    put button box in big machine, insert cube with hope on it, press the button. Box will be minimazed. Insert the other small box in machine, press the button, it will enlarge. Take the cube off the blue plate.

    oh..got last cube without clicking white blob properly.
    Now I have done it properly and the last cube appeared and dissappeared…gah…glitch.
    Cant be bothered

    Walkthrough for Normal End

    1. Show

    Click the area between the righthand side of the machine and the wall. Get STICK
    Go RIGHT.

    2. Show

    Get FIGURINE from chained box.
    Go RIGHT.

    3. Show

    Get H-BLOCK. click on the area where the floor is a slightly different color. Get BLADE

    4. Show

    Look at your figurine and click the bottom of it and it will rotate. combine you blade with it. You now have a saw.
    Go back to the previous screen and this time on the upper right (somewhere between the wall panel and the righthand wall) edge of the screen

    5. Show

    Use your stick to get E-BLOCK. Click on the Down Arrow to return to the previous screen.

    6 Show

    Zoom in on wall panel and click the blue area in the top center of the panel. The thing will open. Get TINY BLOCK from the third slot Go back and go LEFT.

    7. Show

    Cut the chain with your SAW (click on the link to the left of where the chain is slightly broken). Now that you’ve broken the chain, click on the box and it will open. A blob will fall out along with the BUTTON BOX (which is behind blob) Get BUTTON BOX

    8. Show

    Look at your button box and click on the right side of it. You’ll now be viewing the back of the device. Click on the device to open the battery compartment. Remove BATTERY (which looks like a blunted shuriken). [Thanks Urbek!]

    Go RIGHT twice.
    10. [spoiler]Click on Green Box and you’ll zoom in on it. Put your battery in the slot. Go back and take a tour around the room. Then return to the screen with the Green Box and zoom in on the box again. By this time the red light should have turned blue. The battery is now charged. Remove it from slot and put it back into the your button box

    Go RIGHT and zoom into the machine. Put the button box in the middle slot.

    12. Show

    Put SAW in the top slot and push the button. Your saw has become a key. Zoom back to the machine and get KEY

    13. Show

    Put your TINY BLOCK into the bottom slot and push the Button. The block and the thing attached to it will enlarge. Get I-BLOCK

    14. Show

    Look at the block you just got and click on it to separate it from the blue square. Now shrink the square in the same way you did the saw. Get TINY SQUARE .

    15. Show

    Go RIGHT and zoom in on wall safe and open it with your key. Click on the right side of the lamp. Select the TINY SQUARE in your inventory and click on the gray spot on the lamp. Click on the square on the base of the lamp to turn it on. Go back and go LEFT twice. You’ll notice a pattern on the wall. This is how you’re supposed to click the blob and the sequence is shown counter-clockwise

    16. Show

    Go to the screen with the blob and perform that sequence on it

    RIGHT SIDE, TOP, LEFT SIDE, TOP, TOP, LEFT SIDE, RIGHT SIDE, LEFT SIDE, RIGHT SIDE

    Holy Crapola Cola! That Blob is a CAT!!!!! And miraculously, it didn’t scratch you to pieces afther you woke he up from its sound sleep! Then again he has no legs (no ears either). Cute though isn’t he? Anyway, get the N-BLOCK (which is probably very warm now seeing that the cat was sleeping on it all this time)

    18. Show

    Go RIGHT and open the Wall Panel (by clicking the blue part on the top center) and put the blocks in.

    H-BLOCK in the first slot
    E-BLOCK in the second
    I-BLOCK in the third
    N-BLOCK in the fourth

    They should spell out “HEIN”

    Close the panel door and the sysem is now activated. Now you need to make a word.

    OPEN

    Press OK

    Show

    Watch a short sequence and then you’ll automatically return to the panel. This time Key in…

    EXIT

    Press OK

    You’re out!

    For Alternate End,

    Watch the first screen– the one with all the items on it (before pushing next)
    The blob/cat will move around. (Thanks Urbek!)

    Take note of the directions the blob jiggles

    1. Show

    Follow steps 1-11 more or less normally

    2. Show

    When the cat pops out of the box, perform the sequence you saw on the first screen:

    LEFT SIDE LEFT SIDE TOP LEFT SIDE RIGHT SIDE RIGHT SIDE TOP RIGHT SIDE TOP

    3. Show

    After charging your battery in step 10, click on the yellow thing in the upper righthand corner and use your stick. The yellow thing is a giant Pac Man and he’s hungry!

    4. Show

    Go back to the screen with the cat blob and click on top of it’s head once more. Insert the saw. The (robot) cat blob will send the saw flying and the giant Pac Man will be PWNED!
    Zoom in on the battery charger again and click to the LEFT of it. Get BUTTON (the kind you pin on your clothes, backpack, etc)

    5. Show

    Upon inserting the button in the machine at step 11, push the button to open the bottom compartment. Follow step 13 like normal

    6. Show

    Go to steps 17 & 18

    Oops, the credit goes to allikka for help with teh alternate ending. Sorry about that. Writing that walkthrough just fried my brain…
