Have found and used Show

papers, pen, blue and green folders, ruler, key, tap and code on paper

Have also found Show

USB stick, lever and another code

but can’t find where to use them yet.

Not too difficult really, one red herring. Here’s a walkthrough:
Show

Take papers from floor and go left.

Show

Look down. Look at the computer screen for a code but it doesn’t go anywhere. Back up. Take blue folder. Back up.

Show

Go right twice. Take ruler. Go down.

Show

Take pen and green folder. Combine ruler and pen. Combine the two folders.

Show

Back out, go left (starting door scene), go down. Place papers in bin. Open top drawer to get key.

Show

Back up, zoom on door, take lever on corner of desk and use key in lock. Enter next room.

Show

Zoom on safe on left, open it and place in the folders. Zoom out.

Show

Take tape and code from desk. Combine ruler and pen with tape.

Show

Back up twice, go left and use ruler/pen/tape combo to get object on top of shelving. It’s a USB storage device.

Show

Go right twice and zoom on screen. Enter code taken from other room. Use USB on Security Password icon to get USB with data. Zoom out.

Show

Go left and down. Use lever on high voltage box (room goes dark). Pull the lever to enter new section. Use the USB with data on the device on the wall and click on the steel doors (2 clicks?) to leave.
