   OK, I have Show

   two hint cards, two scraps of paper (which I combined), a transparency (used), a faucet (used), and a wrench.

   Can’t find a pipe section that I need. Also can’t figure out a way to open the trapdoor. The hint on the door Se=7… selenium’s atomic number is 34, 3+4=7. I tried using that for a code with the paper scraps (0 0 Ni Si), Ni’s number is 82, so 10? or 0?, Si’s number is 14, so 5? Not working.

   Stuck.

     I think you have to use :
     Show

     Se -> 7 (Seven)
     so with the two piece of paper
     we have : 0 0 Ni Si
     this should do : 0 0 9 6
     But it does not open the door…

     it is not “0 0 Ni Si” like 0 0 9 6 (zero zero nine six) but 1 1 9 6
     O stands for One -> 1

     And now the code works…

     After entering the red door with the SE=7 turn around but before you leave close the door and the pipe is behind it.

   in the basement – I’m missing hint card #4 and have no idea what I’m supposed to do with the red boxes in the basement.

   We need a walkthrough! So, thanks for your hints, everybody, I couldn’t have done without them.
   I’ll fill in the blanks:
   Show

   Look at the red door and notice the hint: Se = 7.

   Look at the cylindric water reservoir that is empty at the moment. There is a key on one of the balls, but you can’t reach it.

   Look under the flower pots and get a scrap of paper and a wrench.

   Open desk drawer and take hint card 1/5 and translucent sheet. Look at translucent sheet.
   Look at right side of desk: There are five sheep. Use translucent sheet on them.
   You see a path from one sheep to the next etc. Follow that path and note down the direction in which the respective sheep is facing (left/right).
   Back to the desk: There is a box with two buttons on it. Press the left/right buttons in the sequence you got by the sheep. Take faucet and hint card 2/5.
   Look at the laptop and take a scrap of paper from the touchpad.
   Combine both scraps of paper and you get a hint for the lock on the red door.
   It’s

   Show

   O O Ni Si
   which means
   One One Nine Six

   Show

   Open the red door and take the ladder. Turn around, close the door and get pipe and hint card 3/5.
   Open door and leave.
   Attach pipe and faucet to wall tap next to cylindric water reservoir. Use the wrench on the pipe.
   Go to desk, look at computer and click “Go”. Water fills the reservoir.
   Lean the ladder onto the left side of the reservoir, climb up and take the key.
   Have a look at the coloured balls and their order from top to bottom. Also, note that the colours are spelled out.
   Take the ladder.

   Go to the trapdoor and unlock it with the key.
   Use the ladder in the hole and climb down.
   Walk down the stairs. Look behind the computer terminal for hint card 4/5.
   Turn to the stairs and look behind them for hint card 5/5.
   Now look at the wooden wall and notice the numbers written from top to bottom. Reminds of the coloured spheres in the water reservoir, doesn’t it?
   Examine the computer terminal.
   Enter the letters according to the coloured spheres and the numbers on the wall, i.e.

   Show

   1 = 1st letter of the top colour
   1 = 1st letter of the second colour from the top
   4 = 4th letter of the third colour from the top
   5 = 5th letter of the bottom colour

   Show

   Click OK and take the flower panel.
   Go to the red box nearby and look at the red hatch in the wall. Remember the number.
   Look at the box and use the panel. So, who are you? The hint cards should tell you. If you still can’t figure it out: You are

   Show

   WINE

   Show

   The lid of the box opens to reveal a button. When you press it and hold, the number to the left rises. Enter the number from the hatch and release the button.

   Aw, nuts! I was SO close to finishing that on my own, but I could NOT get Show

   how to work the final number code with the balls!

   Thankful as always for a walkthrough, but wish I hadn’t needed it for something so simple.
