Gears Escape

Gears Escape is a Room Escape game where you find yourself locked in a room for an unknown reason. The exit door is locked, but you will soon find some useful items that may help you to get out of here! Nice game with tons of codes! The Tab key helps a bit… Have fun!

   Walkthrough

   Nothing to take here – you can have a look at a closed box, key missing, can take a view from the window, have a look at one of the books with signs of the zodiac and of course – there also is a locked door with a strange plate screwed on.

   Show

   Go left – you can open the cupboard and find that we’ll need three gears to get at the key.
   There’s also a sink with running water, a safe and a picture – notice colour of the frame and day that is depicted green – Xmas

   Show

   Go left – another safe: this time with signs of the zodiac framed in four different colours …
   There’s also another picture orange – Halloween
   a huge jar with something on the bottom too far to reach and a jug
   take the jug and fill it with water from the sink, empty it into the jar, repeat it until you can reach the key

   Go left – two more pictures blue – Independence day
   orange – Valentine
   take the paper from the couch, take the screwdriver on desk, among the pencils
   open the drawers and find two more items a gear and a dial

   Show

   You can now open the zodiac safe – four pictures give four dates, give four signs, give four colours: capricorn aquarius cancer scorpio
   you get a handle

   Show

   You can now take the plate from the door use it on the paper from the couch so that the colours match. Note the numbers and on which shape they are.
   That gives you the code for the safe under the sink 0741 – another gear!

   Show

   You can also open the box with the key from the jar and get a telescope – use it on the sign in the garden, it gives you a calculation:
   flowers stakes clouds + stakes clouds flowers and you get the code for the dial 462 + 624 = 1086 and the last gear.

   Open the cupboard, put the gears in use the handle on them and take the key.

   The puzzles were quite logical and amazingly I made it out without having to resort to…um, some assistance. Hope to see more in the future.

    Great game! No stupid pixel-hunting, nice logical puzzles, graphics and navigation very well done.

    I did not use the tab key. I did not use a walkthrough. I managed to beat the game in around five minutes on my first try. I feel so spectacular. I DID IT!!!!!!
