Man, I’m getting lax. Walkthrough:

Intro
Show

-After Gandalf drags you to Middle Earth, you can pick either dialogue option. You’ll end up with the One Ring, an axe, a bow, Isildur’s broken sword, and a map, and Gandalf will be pinned to a wall by Saruman. OK, let’s get going!

Rivendell
Show

-Go left. Grab the dynamite and blowgun from the cart, the hairbrush under the cart, and a book behind the statue on the right. Read the book and you learn the password to the Moria door: “Mellon.”
-Go right twice and talk to Arwen. Choose option 2 and you learn that she needs her hairbrush. Give her the hairbrush and you get a water spell.

Magical Forest (aka “Lothlorien with a Giant Mushroom”)
Show

-Go left. Grab the vase next to the well and fill it with water (from the well).
-Talk to Galadriel. Choose option 2 and she tells you about her broken harp and sad flowers.
-Go left. Quickly use the water spell on the puddle below the Ringwraith and he gets washed away. Grab the ladle from the creek bed.
-Go up and Gollum talks to you. You can select any dialogue but option 3 will allow you to move on. Grab the matrix (a mold) left of the tree, then combine the matrix and broken sword.
-Go right. Throw the axe at the tree stump, then talk to the Ent and select option 3 (orc woodcutter); the Ent will stomp the orc. Talk to the Ent again and he’ll be added to your inventory.
-Be sure to grab the splinter on the ground towards the left.

Isengard
Show

-Use the Ent on the tower’s window. Gandalf’s brights become brighter and he gives you the Horn of Gondor, a medallion, and magic freezing powder.

Magical Forest (again)
Show

Go left, left, right, and right to the oven. Combine the medallion and ladle. Use the ladle on the oven, then on the matrix/sword and you get the King of Gondor’s sword (Narsil/Anduril).

Death Mountain
Show

-Go inside and use the sword (Anduril) on the Army of the Dead; they’ll join you.
-Grab the green cap on the rock.

Rohan
Show

-Talk to Link (no, I don’t know why Link’s in Rohan) to learn that he needs his cap. Give him the cap and you get an ocarina.
-Go right and talk to Eowyn. Select option 2 and she doesn’t believe you’re the Ringbearer. Use the One Ring on Eowyn and she joins you.
-Combine Eowyn and the sword in your inventory.

Magical Forest (redux)
Show

-Go left to Galadriel. Use the ocarina on the flowers and Galadriel gives you the Phial of Galadriel (the light in a bottle).

Mines of Moria
Show

-Use the magic freezing powder on the lake to stop the giant octo-squid-thingy, then use Galadriel’s light on the cloud.
-Grab the pink flask (somniferous) on the left.
-Talk to the door and select option 3 (“Mellon”).
-Go inside and use Galadriel’s light on the darkness. Grab the book from the skeleton; “see” the book and take the key from the spine. Use the key on the door.
-Go right. Combine the somniferous with the splinter, then the sleepy splinter on the blowgun. Use the blowgun on the troll to get rid of him.
-Grab the mallet in the top-right corner and arrow in the bottom-right corner.
-Go right to face the Balrog. Combine the dynamite with the arrow, then the explodey arrow on the bow. Use the bow and arrow on the rocks above the Balrog to get rid of him.
-Use the mallet on the newly-revealed crack in the bridge to get to the other side. Grab the stone.

Mordor
Show

-Use the stone to get the Witch-King’s attention, then quickly use sword-wielding Eowyn on the Witch-King to defeat him. (You’ll lose Eowyn from your inventory, but keep the sword.)
-Go right and quickly use the vase with water on the dragon.
-Go right and try to go forward; Gollum will stop you. Select option 3 to continue on.
-Go right. Quickly use Galadriel’s light, then the sword, on Shelob.
-Try to go up, but Obama will refuse. So blow (“play”) the Horn of Gondor.
-As Gandalf, use the staff on Barad-dur (Sauron’s eye, the tower on the right) to distract Sauron.
-As Obama again, go up and right. Use the Army of the Dead to get rid of the orcs.
-Go right and use the One Ring on the lava. If you’ve read the books or seen the movies, you know what happens next… sort of. Enjoy the outro!

Got it!
For the door, You first need to use the Light of Earendil.
Use it on the cloud.
Then, Talk to the door.

My Version does not show mellon in the options at moria
