   use the screwdriver to take the panel off the wall. Pick up the panel. There’s a key on the underside that opens the sauna door

   The “birds” under the glass domes:

   If you click the buttons on the left side, the birds will turn. There are numbers on the backs. I don’t know what they’re for, but worth noting, I’m sure.

   Stand back and look at the wall with the sinks. Look at the hoses note:

   There’s a pattern up and down of the spray heads. The same pattern needs to be repeated on the handles in the sauna puzzle to release a ball that fits into the hippo puzzle.

   Good puzzler. Walkthrough:

   Note the sign above the pool reading 36 – – 41 – -, corresponding to temperature changes to be made at seats 1 and 4. At seat 1, change the temperature control to 36 degrees and check the bucket: this will give you the value: Heart=9. At seat 3, check the bucket and retrieve the screwdriver. At seat 4, change the temperature control to 41 degrees and check the bucket: this will give you the value: Diamond=4.

   To the left of the STAFF ONLY door, find a green ball under the top bucket on the left. The STAFF ONLY door can be opened with the code as shown on the door: Heart^Diamond = 9^4 = 6561. Enter this 4 digit number into the control pad and press the grey button below. Proceed through the door.Use the screwdriver on the grey square panel, then check the reverse of the panel to find the spade-key. View the wooden compass and push the cylindrical handle to release the needle – this shows North as pointing right while facing in this direction.

   Note the positions of the hoses at the tables: Down, Up, Up, Down, Up, Down. Use the spade-key on the wooden door to enter the sauna. Replicate the hose-code on the 6 levers on the wall, then collect the green ball. Note the temperature of the Sauna: 92 degrees.

   Exit the sauna and note the positions of the numbers on the mirrors at the seats: UL, BL, UR, UR, BR, BL. Go to the cold spa and approach the “Caution Cold Water” sign. Click the corners of the sign in the same order as the positions of numbers 1-6 on the mirrors. Collect the device. (Note, if you want to come back to this area, you will need to have been in the sauna first. Don’t forget your bathing etiquette!). Open the device using the code shown: [upside down heart] “sauna” = 6 + 92 = 692. Take the club-key.

   Return to the compass and use the club-key on the lock. Take the green ball and the water ladle. Return to the sauna, collect “sauna water” in the water ladle and use on the coals. Turn around and view the mirror on the sauna door, revealing the code Birds SWN. Exit the sauna and view the three birds next to the pool. Remembering from the compass that North is to your right, rotate the birds to South, West and North respectively using the 3 buttons, ie left, up, right. Click the button on the right to open the drawer, and take the handle.

   Return to the STAFF ONLY room and use the handle on the cavity where you removed the grey panel earlier. Click on the handle to turn it left. The pool in the main room has now been drained, revealing a circle of roman numerals with a green ball in the centre. Take the green ball; you should now have 4. Go to the sauna and place all 4 balls in the cavities on the wooden box, allowing you to take the wheel. Fix the wheel to the valve on the vertical pipe in the STAFF ONLY room, clicking once to rotate the wheel anti-clockwise.

   Water is now running into the pool in the main room, revealing another bird, whose hat can be removed to gain the heart-key. Return to the three birds, note the colour of their hats and the roman numerals on their back. Comparing the position of the roman numerals printed in the empty pool against the numerals on the birds gives gives the following compass positions for each colour: Red=NE, Yellow=S, Green=W.

   Use the heart-key on the grey panel next to the door to the outdoor spa. Turn the coloured dials to their respective compass positions and press the grey button. Open the door and escape to the fresh air.
