Bleak House Escape is another Room Escape slash Hidden Object game from StoneAgeGames. “You are psychic. Your task is to expel the ghost who lives in the old mansion. The ghosts are afraid of iron and can not pass over a barrier of salt, but to destroy them and escape you must find and burn their bones that connect them to our world. ” Have fun!

Walkthrough…

1. Show

Get shovel and crowbar. Use crowbar on door. Zoom in on fireplace. Get camera, wood, and lighter. Turn left and get flashlight, Tape, and put camera on the black stand on end of table. Turn left. Open cabinet and get hanger. Go right three times and your in the kitchen. Get swab. Combine the swab with the hanger then the tape. You now have a hook. Get salt from table. Turn right.

2. Show

Get ladder and dig up the middle grave. Zoom in and use the salt. Go back to the kitchen. From the kitchen, go down. Your in a hall. Use the ladder and the hook to open the attic. Use the flashlight and get a generator. Go down and then left. In the basement get gas can. Click on the power box and use the generator. Looks like a fuse to me. lol
Get power cord from the box on the right. Go back to the kitchen.

3. Show

Use the power cord on the TV. Look at the picture and note the symbols and where they are located. That is the room with the hanger. Go to that room. Combine the lighter and the gas can. Use the wood just above the desk and you will see the three symbol codes. Enter the symbols and zoom out. Get skull. Go back to the grave. Put the skull in the grave then use the fire. Winner!

Totally buggy: Can’t pick up shovel or crowbar nor do I get the view where the flashlight and tape are to be found – everything else works…

  I didn’t have any problems with the game. Sounds like a mouse problem maybe??? Mine does that when the battery gets low.. (It’s wireless.)

Gah. Yet again, defeated by my own stupidity and lack of attention to StoneAge’s navigation! A perfect, simple game…but dammit I have GOT to learn to look a little harder at each screen.
