The Trader of Stories – Bell’s Heart is the first installment in the new The Trader of Stories Point’n’Click adventure series from Pastel Games.
In this first episode, your goal is to help Myosotis find a new story in a mysterious little town and become a Trader of Stories.
Another very nice game from Mateusz Skutnik and his team; unfortunately, the size of the game window is a bit too big for regular laptops…

Hmmmm… Can’t seem to get beyond the “play” screen. **sigh** Oh, well. :( Moving right along then….
I had that issue, too. I just waited another minute and tried clicking again, then it worked. I think the “play” button is showing up before the game is completely loaded.

where’s the lake?
How to get to the lake took me a while to figue out but go to the “TOWN HALL” then there r 2 diffrentplaces go on the ledg thingy to the left. When your up here u will see in the background a river lake thingy click on it and there yah go :)
The game screen is too tall for my monitor. Grrr… I have to keep scrolling up and down.

Notes: the play button appears long before the game is loaded – patience is required. I loaded another browser thinking it may be an incompatibility problem by which time the first browser one was ready to play.
I closed menu & tool bars and then was able to play without scrolling the window.

As I mentioned before, it’s not in story order as I collected items as I found them and not waiting to be told I needed them. I also didn’t think to use the question until much later into the game.

most all of Mateusz Skutnik games are good. there’s been one or two that were strange or too short but mostly they’re awesome… especially Covert Front.
Can’t play game…
figured out that the PROBLEM is
= that needed inventory items are not loading at beginning of game
INVENTORY ITEMS NOT LOADING:
– Notes
– Book of stories
– 5 acorns (Source of walkthrough)
Browser is up-to-date – Firefox/3.6.10
disabled ALL Add-On’s except Shockwave Flash 10.1.85.3 (game won’t load without it)
other sites comments indicate other’s are experiencing same issue
– tried emptying History/Cache/etc.
– allowed cookies for game site(s)
– disabled add-on’s / plug-in’s one-by-one-by-one
– disabled ad-blocker
nothing works :(
any thoughts?
I’ve had a few technical problems, most notably that if you accidentally click on the inventory right as it is reloading it freezes up, and unless you can get the item you clicked back to it’s spot, you can’t do anything.
Also, the scrolls don’t work properly, so I can’t always read all the dialogue/story
where do you get the empty potion bottle? im stuck there, but i know what to do. help please!

help. Whenever i talk to the stable keeper, she tells me only that derrida is a mad man who fell in love with a butterfly. thats all and shes tells me nothing else
