Escape in Hawaii is a Japanese Room Escape game from Cabeza where you find yourself trapped in a room for an unknown reason. The exit door is locked. Look around closely, search for useful items such as a lighter and eventually Escape in Hawaii! Have fun!

   I have Show

   3 transparent coloured sheets (used), scissors (used once but still in inventory), 2 paper clues as yet undeciphered, desk key (used) and what might be a compass needle.

   I’ve also seen another Show

   key

   but I can’t get it.

   Anyone else playing?

   WALKTHROUGH:

   1. Show

   Click on the table and click once again under the table to get the transparent blue paper.

   2. Show

   Back out and go to the right, open up the second drawer, get the transparent yellow paper. Now open up the bottom drawer and notice the box, you’ll have to wait to solve that one.

   3. Show

   Go to the right again and click on the shelf and click on the vase to make the top of it to separate from the bottom part. You should now have found a scissor. In the same scene, click on the middle box to get a paper.

   4. Show

   Turn right, click on the yellow book, click on the empty page and notice the colors and click once again to reveal another clue. The first clue is for the transparent papers and the second one for the code on the bottom of the bookshelf.

   5. Show

   Now back out and click on the green vase, click on the top of the vase and notice the key. You need some more items to get it.

   6. Show

   Turn right (to the first scene) and use the scissor on the pillow. Get the key and turn right. Use this key on the top drawer and take the items.

   7. Show

   Turn left and zoom in on the paintings. The clue in #4 in this walkthrough tells you where the the papers are going, place them in the right order. If you want to, you can see the answer here:

   YELLOW, PINK AND BLUE = 568

   8. Show

   Turn left and click on the bottom part of the bookshelf where the numbers should go. Now remember the next clue in #4 in this walkthrough and place the numbers according to those. The answer is:

   All of the yellow, half of the pink and 1/4 of the blue one = 532

   9. Show

   Get the magnet, zoom out and turn left or right twice to get to the drawers. Click on the bottomdrawer and click in this sequence:
   14X
   53X
   X2X

   10. Show

   Take the pliers and use it on the cage on the spot shown on the paper. Now ‘about item’ the magnet and click on the part you just got from the cage and click on the magnifies magnet. Use this new item on the green vase to get the second key.

   11. Show

   Use this key on the toolbox on the same page as the cage and get the screwdriver. You are now going to use this screwdriver on the picture so turn left and click on the upper left side where the picture is. Now use the screwdriver on the screw and type in the word for ‘Hello’ in Hawaiian, which is:

   ALOHA

   12. Show

   Watch the animation and go to that picture, click twice on the first lever (the green one to make it go down) and then once the fourth lever (the orange one so it goes up). Press open and take the lighter. Use this on the candle and you will get the key to the door. Congrats, you’re free :))

   Thanks Leyla for the sequence in step 9. I had swapped two of the items around from the paper clue whilst moving from one scene to the next.

     I forgot to mention it in my walkthrough: you have to look at the picture of the two leafs, in the bottom right corner you’ll see the clue: 180 degrees :))

     yes what about clue #9 what the heck are the x’s supposed to mean?I tried every conceivable combo with the numbers you gave but can’t figure out the x’s these type of games drive me nuts they are fun and you can flow along in an inteligent way then get stuck forever on one annoying nonsensical thing. can someone enlighten me here please?
