  The fridge beeps if it’s open too long hitting it with the mallet prevents it so you can solve the freezer puzzle with out the noise.

Doesn’t work when you turn the dial, so hit it with the hammer (left side) to turn it on. (Don’t know what needs cooking, but I know you can cut a slice of cheese w/knife)

After smashing the alarm clock w/hammer, open top drawer (full of smashed alarm clocks) and click the smashed clock to slide it in there. Open the bottom drawer (full of non-smashed clocks) and click one to put it on the nightstand. Earring is in the drawer (was behind the clock).

OK, I solved the icebox puzzle Show

you can rotate and move the pieces. You have to make a complete loop with one of the colors so that the other colors match up. I made a loop with blue, but I think any other color should work. Then, you get the key.

put it in the oven to melt the ice. Use hammer to turn on the oven, and when it’s done, use oven mitt to pick up the key.

Get toothpick from salt shaker. Pull off the end of knife handle and there is a hidden compartment. Use toothpick to get the note from it – this is the combo.

Take the cheese on table along with the glass and bottle o’ brandy on the fridge. Drag the cork off the bottle o’ brandy (may take a while). Use knife to cut a slice of cheese. Pour brandy into glass. Add the cheese slice. Drink it and you have energy to move all cement bags from safe. Input combo, zoom out, turn safe dial to open safe.

Get the cork (from the brandy bottle) in the right drawer under the bed. Look at the picture over the couch. When the tugboat appears, plug the steam chimney with the cork and take the bracelet. Load up the cosmetics bag (underwear in bottom flap, money in top). You’ll have the gold helmet and some extra money as well. Now get out of there!

I’ve filled cosmetic bag with all the jewellery, money, pants(!) and got the helmet and champagne(do i need this?)
The note said to whistle so I clicked the bird to do that but nothing! Please help!

I needed to close up the slits containing the money and the pants in the cosmetic bag. I threw the champagne bottle out of the window to attract hubby’s attention. Then I got out!

Walkthrough
Show

1. Use the mallet to smash the alarm clock. (Otherwise it’ll just keep ringing.) Sweep the mess into the top drawer, then get a fresh clock from the bottom drawer, and pick up the earring that was hidden in the drawer. Also hang onto the mallet for the moment.

2. The other earring is behind the headboard (the left side of the bed) in the corner.

3. Click the pink box to open the lid, then click the parts of the garments sticking out of it to tuck them back in, then click the lid to close it. Once it’s closed so that nothing’s sticking out, you can click the left side of the box to get it to shove over toward the wall. This gives room to use the ladder to access the top bunk.

4. Click the ladder to put it in place, then click the top pillow. If you click the lamp to move it out of the way, the pillow moves higher and you have time to pick up the Speedos underneath.

5. Turn right, then click the bit of palm frond on the left to look in the corner. Pick up and look at all the palm fronds; one of them has a clue on the back. Remember the clue, and put the fronds back on the tree.

6. Turn right and open the fridge. Look in the freezer and solve the puzzle by making the colored shape from the palm frond. (You don’t need to worry about the other colors, and yes, the fridge will beep incessantly unless you’re superhumanly quick at it.) Get the key (embedded in an ice cube).

7. Put the key in the oven, turn the knob, and give the side of the oven a whack with the mallet. If you did it right, the light at the right turns red. Wait a while, and the light starts blinking and beeping. Use the oven mitt to get the key. Put the oven mitt back on the hook.

8. Use the mallet on the vent hood until the edge of the brooch becomes visible at the bottom. Click this edge and it falls into the teapot. Click the teapot lid so it lifts, then quickly click in the opening to look inside and get the brooch.

9. Take everything off the table and use the knife to open the secret drawer. Get the necklace, then put the tablecloth and pepper back on the table.

10. Get the toothpick from the salt shaker, then inspect the knife. Click the back to reveal a hidden compartment, and use the toothpick to fish out the slip of paper with the safe’s combo. Put the toothpick back in the shaker and put it back on the table.

11. Use the knife to cut a slice of cheese, then put the hunk back on the table. Get the brandy and glass from the top of the fridge. To open the brandy, click and hold on the cork until it flies out. Pour the brandy into the glass, and put the slice of cheese on top. Might as well put the now-empty bottle back where it came from.

12. Turn right twice and make some room in inventory by putting the jewelry away in the red cosmetics bag. Use the knife to cut pockets at the top and bottom right corners of the open bag; put the Speedos in the bottom pocket. Put the mallet back in the corner where it came from.

13. Get the brandy cork from the right-hand drawer under the bed. (Move the ladder back against the wall first.)

14. Turn right and click the picture over the sofa. When the steamboat shows up, put the cork in the smokestack so you can get the bracelet.

15. Use the key to go down to the basement. Pick up the pipe from the bottom wall shelf. Consume the brandy and cheese to give you strength to move all the bags of cement from in front of the safe, then use the combo on the slip of paper from the knife to open the safe. Get the helmet and the cash.

16. Go back upstairs and click the palm fronds to look in the corner again. Put the pipe in the mouth of the mask, click the pipe to move it to the other side, and the mask opens its eyes to reveal the two rings.

17. Put the rest of the jewelry and the cash into the red bag, and close everything up neatly (including closing the flaps on the pockets you made). If you did it right, it makes a sound and a sort of “sparkle” effect.

18. Open the front door and click on the sidewalk. Rupert eventually shows up (in a Model T or something) and you’re out!

  The goal is found on Show
  
  the back of one of the palm fronds: a colored shape of some sort. It’s always a closed loop, but that’s about the only constraint.
  
  The mechanism is Show
  
  a set of hexagonal pieces on a “beehive”-grid board. Each piece has a bunch of lines or curves on it; you’re only interested in the lines or curves that match the color of the clue on your leaf. You can do two things to a piece: move it to an empty spot on the board by clicking and dragging, or rotate it clockwise 60 degrees by just clicking on it. You need to arrange the pieces so that the lines and curves connect to make the shape from the leaf. Placement on the board doesn’t matter. I’m not sure whether orientation matters or not.

If you can’t cut Show

the flaps on the inside of the cosmetic bag

make sure that the end of the knife Show

is screwed back on from when you got the note out of it

then try cutting it :)

um,i don’t think i can cut the cheese…i followed all, but the cheese won’t cut,yet i clicked everywhere on the cheese with the knife. i don’t get why.
