Here is Escape Game3, the third episode of the Escape game series developed by Kaname Haduki from Japan.

This Room Escape game is ~~currently only~~ available in Japanese and in ~~but an~~ English ~~version is to be released soon~~!

Once again, you can die in Escape Game3, and once again, with 25 different items to collect and several puzzles to solve, this new episode should keep you busy for a while.

Hint: click the guy in the corridor at the beginning of the game and then click several times the blue glass door to enter to room. Oh, and turn off the sound on your computer, because the music gets annoying very quickly!

The man opening the door actually appears to mean you failed, as you start over.

I’ll give my guide to where I am so far:

Start, obviously, by turning right. You’ll see the creepy standing guy. Click through the dialog and you’ll soon be back to the first screen.

After two dialogs pop up, you must click on the door handle (grey rectangle thing) quickly or the game ends and restarts.

You’ll notice a trash can on the right. I wasn’t able to click on it for anything until I came back later. But it should contain a torn up letter with Japanese writing that I can’t read./spoiler]

[spoiler]Now turn right again. You’ll see a table, chairs, and a painting. One of the chairs has a note on it (1-4 for me). You can click on the painting to see the back of it, but nothing else for now.

Go right again. On the left, between the armoire and the wall, is a key that you can’t reach yet. Below is a box with a “9 tile puzzle”. Go ahead and solve that now, if you’d like, we’ll come back to it later. Grab the wire cutters from the bottom drawer and the other item from the other drawer (I think it translates to syringe??). Click on another note on the toy bear (3-1). Clicking on the black object on the doors to the armoire reveals a combination type lock.

While zoomed in on the lock, you can use the wire cutters to cut the cable and open the doors. We can’t seem to do anything here right now, however.

Moving right again. Behind the curtain is yet another note (2-3). If you click above the window curtain, you’ll find a note with writing on it. No idea whatsoever what it says. Also a door with a keypad here.

Right again. Another note (4-2) below the table! Also, a mini-fridge. Click to open it and take the water bottle. Clicking on the bottle empties it to reveal some kind of marble that you can’t get yet. If you click below the fridge you’ll find another object that you can’t seem to reach yet. The strange looking door is useless for now as well.

Moving right… Click on the left of the bookcase, between it and the wall towards the bottom, to find a ruler(?). Click on the rightmost book to take a book with stuff you can’t read (unless you know Japanese). Flipping through the pages to the end, however, reveals another pair of numbers (6-9). The drawer on the left also contains a note with numbers (5-8). And the one on the right holds a cell phone.

Click on your wire cutters and snip the cable holding the doors closed. Open them and take the ring and screwdriver.

Going back to the screen with the armoire, bear, and puzzle… You can now click on the left again and take the key by using the ruler on it. This key will unlock the leftmost door on the bookcase thing with the fish tank on it. You can grab a pair of scissors here.

You can use the screwdriver to remove the back of the painting. However, there must be something you have to do first because otherwise the creepy guy shows up and opens the door, restarting the game. I don’t remember how I got passed this the first time.

Use the scissors on the bottom of the curtain for the key to the right hand cupboard. Get the yellow disc thing and go to the armoire. Put it in the top machine thing for the key to the cupboard next to the fridge. Once that’s open, you can get the brown piece under the fridge and in the armoire (next to the grey circle thing), and the 2nd grey ball under the dog toy.
You need 3 balls for the puzzle in the cupboard to work properly but I haven’t been able to get passed the snake in the aquarium.

I’ve also been able to use the syringe to get the water out of the glass on the table and put it in the open bottle from before.

Oh and I think the screws on the painting have to be opened in a certain order because I was able to unscrew one, then when I tried the next I died.

I just c+p the Japanese text from the note above the window into an online translator. Show

Each line had a direction: northwest, northeast, southwest, southeast. It was the direction of which screw to undo. I got the white block out of the frame but I don’t know what to do with it.

Finally finished!
I’m not sure why it won’t give the red key. Did you cut the combination lock? Because you can enter the correct code. Look in that book and there are a few pages of Japanese writing. In there are 4 numbers in English. That’s the combo.

Select the Show

ladle and connect it to the ruler with tape (the item looks like a ring). Use the device to get the marble next to the snake.
Place the two wooden pieces in the light spots of the game in the cabinet. Place the marbles in the three starting positions and solve the game (two-one-three). Be patient -timing is important. Collect the green key.
Go to the door with the code. It is a six digit code. The code is on the five paperbits and on the last page of the diary.1-5 means the first number is 5…
Then use the green key to open the door. Pick up the black item (battery?).
Select the phone and press the keys a couple of times and thats it…

1.You start facing a door, click the text at the bottom a few times.
2. click blue arrow. You are now facing a man, click the doorway next to him a few times. Camera changes to a view on the door, click a few more times to enter the room.
3.Spin the view right 2 times, open the drawers of the cabinet, get a MICROPHONE shaped object, and a pair of WIRE CUTTERS.
4.Turn right 3 times, Click down left side of sidetable to get a RULER
5. Zoom out, Click on bottom right drawer to get CELL PHONE.
6. Use WIRE CUTTERS to open the glass doors, pickup TAPE and screwdriver.
7.Pickup GREY BOOK on top of sidetable.
8. Open book to first page of japaneese writing, hidden amongst the text is a number. Flick though each page making a note of the number on each page, this makes a 4 digit sequence.
9.Turn left 3 times, click on number padlock, enter the number sequence you have just worked out to open the glass doors.You will need to go in here later.
10.Turn right once, click just above the curtain. Then click on the note, highlight and copy the japaneese text.
go to http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr and paste into here and translate from japaneese to english. The text doesnt make much sense however you will need a sequence of compass directions for the next task. They will be randomly placed in the text, eg sdfsdfsdf southwest sdfgfg southeast and so on. you should have in total 4 compass directions in the order of the text.
11. turn left twice, click on picture on wall. now using your SCREWDRIVER remove the screws in the sequence of the compass directions you just wrote down. If correct the picture will open allowing you to pickup a white tile in the centre. If the sequence is incorrect you will have to start the game again.
12. Turn right once, click on the boxes below cabinet, you will have to complete a slider puzzle, a blue bar will appear at the bottom telling you that the puzzle is in the correct order. now using your WHITE TILE place it in the bottom right hand corner of the puzzle to complete it. The puzzle will open to reveal a WATER PISTOL.
13. Now zoom out to the view of the cabinet again, click on your ruler and then click down the left hand side of the cabinet to reveal and pickup a ORANGE KEY.
14. Turn right 3 times, use ORANGE KEY to open left cabinet door.
15 pickup SCISSORS, turn left twice.
16. click on SCISSORS then keep clicking the curtains till you find a BLUE KEY near the bottom.
17. Go right twice, use BLUE KEY on right cabinet door to open. pickup GOLD DISC
18. Go left 3 times. open previously opened glass doors, click on GOLD DISC then on the grey machine on top shelf to get a RED KEY.
19. Go right twice, open the fridge and pickup a BOTTLE OF WATER and a bottle of RED SAUCE. use RED KEY on the brown door to reveal a BALL PUZZLE. At the moment you cannot do anything with it as you are missing pieces from it.
20. Zoom out and click under the fridge to pickup a BLOCK PIECE
21. go right 3 times, pickup SPOON.
22. in your inventory click the BOTTLE OF WATER and then click on “?” to look at the item, use the MICROPHONE shaped item to remove the water in the bottle to reveal a ball in the bottom. The cap must be removed to get at the ball. This is done strangely by doing the next step
23. click left once, and click in the wastebin, pickup torn pieces of paper. Click on them and then re-arrange to form a square piece of japaneese paper.
24. Now click back on the bottle and the top will now unscrew, click on the BALL inside.
25. Click on the SPOON then the “?”, click on your RULER, and then at the top of the handle, ruler will appear near the top,then click on your TAPE to bind the RULER and SPOON together.
26. Turn left twice. Now using your combined RULER and SPOON, retrieve the ball from inside the fish tank.
27. Click left 3 times, Click on bottom of teddy on the floor to pickup another BALL.
28. Zoom out and open the glass cabinet again, Behind the grey disc is a wooden BLOCK.
29.Right twice. Open the cuboard. Now place the Two BLOCK’s you have into the puzzle, in the Yellow slots.
30. place the 3 BALL’s into the top of the puzzle, below the yellow dots.
31. This bit requires accurate timing to get it to release the GREEN KEY from the bottom. The release of the BALL’s is controlled by the black circles on the right, the black square resets the puzzle.
32. Release the second ball first(this is the one that will reach the end a knock over the GREEN KEY), Release the BALL when the lift reaches the bottom. as soon as the BALL lands on the lift release BALL 1, to raise the black lift. then release BALL 3 when the 2nd ball is halfway down the next ramp. Eventually you will get the GREEN KEY.
33.Return to the room, the next bit is a hunt for bits of paper with two numbers on them, eg 3 – 6. Write all these numbers down as you come across them(They are different for each game).
34. Turn right 3 times, the first is on the chair, it should read 1 – X, X being a number you type first into the keypad later.
35. Go right twice, pull back the curtain to reveal 2 – X,
36. go left once, click on teddy’s ear to reveal 3 – X.
37.GO right twice, click under the fridge to find 4 – X
36.Go right once, click on bottom left drawer to find 5 – X.
37. Click in you inventory on the grey book(DVD case shaped thing). Navigate to the last page to find 6 – X.
38.turn left twice, click on the number pad and now enter the X’s in sequence you wrote them down XXXXXX.
39. If correct it should say OK. Zoom out.
40. use GREEN KEY on door to reveal another room.
41.click on GREY BLOCK on counter top, go back out the room,
42. Open your CELL PHONE, click randomly i think on buttons
43. Game will end.
Pheww, that took ages, Hope this helps everybody.
Some stuff didnt make sense to do, eg. water pistol etc. So not sure if there is more than one ending ???,

OK, not through it yet, but one tip regarding issues like “i can’t get the marble out of the bottle” etc.:
Some actions in the game can only be performed AFTER something else has happened/has been found out.
For example, the marble can only be taken out of the bottle after you have solved the torn paper jigsaw puzzle (since it contains the solution to this problem), and it’s only possible to take the chips after the cupboard with the marble game has been opened.
As far as the tiles puzzle (the one showing the doll) is concerned:

A good way to solve this kind of puzzle is to complete either one row or one column after another, going from one side of the picture to the other.

And now I want a cheat to beat that %Â§&% marble game :-(

for the tile puzzle thing try putting together the first row of three tiles to make head then u wont have to worry about those tiles anymore then just leave those top tiles as is and try to do the rest it took me a while. so anyone no how to get the dumb red key? i put the disk in and no key!!!
