I figured it out. The walkthroughs all show the second half of the code being highlighted, but they don’t ACTUALLY have to be highlighted. Just note that the second half of the code is ? and #. Then…the key piece of information I was missing (drumroll here): you have to click and drag the red pointer on the safe dial in order to enter the code (which is No, &, ?, and #).

Ive gone to the stage of opening the safe to get the billiard ball out but Ive gone over and over but I just cant find the clues to open the safe, Ive got both pieces of the code but only one half has the safe code highlighted…can any one help me pleaseeeeee….
