   Whew! Finally out. That’s a lot of puzzle solving, but I really liked it. Unlike many, many room escape games, here you don’t have to invent puzzle solutions out of thin air – all the clues are there, you just have to put two and two together. And no pixel hunting! :)

   The graphics are quite wonderful too. Love the scene at the end – try the little buttons at the top right to switch between day, sunset, and night.

   -Click the desk and note the map. The directions, N, S, E, W (North, South, East, West).
   -View the desk again and click the shelf. Pick up the wine glass.
   -Click the left drawer and get the screwdriver handle.
   -Click the trashcan to the left of the desk and note the number in the circle.
   -Click the right side of the desk and note the number in the triangle.
   -Go left and click the left side of the niche where the plants are. Open the panel and turn off the lights. Go to the far right side of the plants and pick up the ”newsense” paper.
   -Go left and click the right side drawers/cabinets. Note the clock on the wall.
   -Open the bottom drawer. The puzzle’s buttons represent the map directions: N, S, E, W. Using the code “NEWSENSE”, press the buttons in the correct order to get the cabinet key.
   -Use the cabinet key on the right side cabinet door and get the wine bottle.
   -Lift up the bowl and open the top drawer. Get the wooden figure.
   -Zoom out and click the right side of the stool. Note the number in the square.
   -Click the books on the desk. Open the right most book and get the bottle opener. Note there is a slip of paper in the 2nd book from the left and the page that is ripped.
   -View the bottle opener to open it until there is a corkscrew. View the wine bottle and use the corkscrew on it. View the glass and use the wine bottle on it. Get the earth marble.
   -Click the left side cabinets and note a 4-digit code is required to open them.
   -Click the space inbetween the left side cabinets and the wall. Get the crumpled paper. View the paper and click it to uncrumple it. Use the paper with the torn page in the book.
   -Position the wooden figure until it resembles the one in the book. Click the head to get the desk drawer key.
   -Use the desk drawer key on the right side drawer of the desk. Get the box.
   -View the box and click the tab under the middle to open it up. Insert the marble, close it, and click the glass area. Note the formula Triangle + Square x Circle. Remove the marble from the box.
   -Using the rules of multiplication/addition, multiple the numbers you got for the square and circle. Then add that product to the number for the triangle. Enter this 4-digit code into the cabinets.
   -Get the metal piece (1) and the Venus fly trap.
   -View the Venus fly trap and click the bottom of it. Note the position of the arrow.
   -Click the clock and note the position of the screwdriver head. This indicates the arrow point found on the bottom of the Venus fly trap. Press the buttons on the clock that correspond (1, 4, 5, 7, 10). Get the screwdriver head. View the screwdriver handle and use the screwdriver head on it to get the screwdriver.
   -Click the left side of the cabinets/drawers that has the 4 shelves.
   -Use the screwdriver to undo the screws under the frog. Get the frog. View the frog until it turns around. Get the water marble. Use the water marble on the box and note the position of the arrows. Remove the marble.
   -Click the very top of the shelves to get the handle.
   -Go left to the view of the couch and painting. Lift the left seat cushion to get the crank handle. Note the 4 items shown in the painting (starfish, snail, shell, and coral rock).
   -Click the painting and notice the arrows on each side of the frame. Click the arrows in the order that were indicated in the water marble. Get the picture.
   -View the picture and turn it around. Get the box key.
   -Use the box key on the wooden box under the desk. Get the earth marble.
   -Use the screwdriver to unscrew the reflective gem from the top of the box.
   -Use the earth marble on the box and note the items indicated: clock, plant, and symbol found on the frog statue.
   -Insert the earth marble into the frog’s eye. Make him face left. Place the frog on the shelf with the plants so the red plant is on its left. Turn on the lights.
   -Note where the light from the frog’s eye is pointing on the clock. Insert the reflective gem in that slot.
   -Note the spot where the light is shining on the floor. Click it and use the crank handle to open the niche under the plants. Get the metal piece (2).
   -Click the metal stand to move it aside. View the handle you got earlier and press the correct pins so that it fits in the 3 holes in the wall. Get the wrench. Note the gear is moving.
   -Use the wrench on the nuts on either side of the couch.
   -Move the couch and get the metal piece (3). Insert all three metal pieces in the circle above the couch.
   -Get the drawer key. Use this key on the left side of the shelving above the cabinet that required the 4-digit codes. Get the desert marble.
   -Remember the 4 items in the painting? Note their position in this 4 x 4 sea grid. Number the squares 1 thru 16 from left to right, top to bottom (to make it easier on yourself).
   -Use the desert marble in the box. Note the position of the fishbones. Remove the marble.
   -Go back to the view of the desk with the map. Click the shelf on the wall on the left side. Position the fish in the correct position and then press the buttons that correspond with the location of the 4 items in the sea grid (6, 7, 12, 14). Open the box and get the sketch book and the head key. Read the sketchbook.
   -Go back to the wall where the couch was. Reposition the wooden figure to match it so it fits among the metal pieces. Insert the head key into the top of the figure. Put the completed figure in the wall with the metal pieces.
   -A door opens BUT you’re not out yet!
   -Go outside. According to your sketch book, the Venus fly trap should open in the sunlight. View the fly trap and get the air marble. Note the code. Each symbol represents the location of numbers (Roman numerals) found outside: windmill, hexagon, cog, semi-circle, windmill. Remove the marble.
   -View the right side of the balcony. Note the semi-circle number. Pull the handle to stop the windmill.
   -Now look out the front of the balcony and close up on the windmill blade. Get the windmill number.
   -Get the rusted cog piece (1) from the left side of the balcony.
   -Go left again and open the panel. Get the cog. Oops! You’re stuck outside!
   -View the cog to get the cog number.
   -Click the handle again to move the windmill. Click above the door and you will eventually see on the windmill a blurred out spot. Click down.
   -Click the right side rungs and go all the way up. Keep watching the windmill until you see the hexagon number.
   -Go down once to the keypad.
   -Following the pattern in the sketch book and the code from the air marble, press the numbers accordingly.
   -Insert the cog to re-open the door. Phew! Get the drawer key (2).
   -Use the drawer key (2) to open the locked drawer on the right side of the long dark desk/shelf. Get the rusted cog piece (2).
   -Go back outside and take the cog piece back from the panel. Go up the ladder and insert the 2 rusted cog pieces.
   -Stop the windmill before you go back inside.
   -Go inside and use the cog piece on the gears under the plants.
   -Go outside and restart the windmill.
   -Back inside again to the moving gears. Watch the gears and get the cog key.
   -Go into the doorway to outside but don’t go all the way out. You should have 4 marbles at this point:
   -Click the panel in the side wall and press the button. Down you go!
   -Leave the elevator and go forward to the puzzle. Click the puzzle to begin.
   -Since you have 4 marbles (and is already inserted), you will be creating 5 characters: human, snail, bird, seahorse, and snake.
   -Once you complete them insert the correct marbles: snail – earth, seahorse – water, bird – air, and snake – desert.
   -Get the red key.
   -Use the red key on the door and you’re out!

    I have glass, part of screwdriver, wood doll, a pice where the dolls go in and out handle of some sort, cork screw, a peice of paper that says “newsence”, and a paper peice with a stick guy on it. Still havent figured out how to do any thing esle. Like open the locks and whats with the clock?

    Finaly got to the end of this game. Had some problems with the code but after restarting 3 times it worked (I did the kalkulation correkt all the time but it did’nt work). A very good game I must agree.

    screwdriver you have to look under the venus fly trap plant, after you get the screwdriver on the big brown shelf you remove two screws get the frogs blue guys, use the blue marble with the device decoder you get arrows for the poster, there is a key on the poster..i used the key on the box with the blue marble thing..this is where im stuck

    VISION Walkthrough
    Part One
    Show

    1. Open the left drawer of the desk to get the screwdriver handle. On the shelf above the desk, get the wine glass. Look in the trashcan to find your circle number. (Write this down so you don’t forget.) Also, check the map on the desk to find a compass rose. Look on the right of the desk to find the triangle number. (Write this down, please!)
    2. Go left and click on the far left of the plant shelf. Open the panel on the wall and turn off the lights. Back up, then look at the far right of the plant shelf. Take the folded paper. It says “newsense”
    3. Go left again, and look behind the little seat-cushion for your square number. (Write this down too.) Now open the bottom drawer on the right and there are four buttons for North, East, South, and West. Spell out “newsense” with the buttons. Take the key that appears.
    4. Use that on the big drawer to get a wine bottle. Now back up and click the far right book in the shelf of books. Take the corkscrew. Look at it and click on it until it assembles into a corkscrew. Use it on the wine bottle, then the wine bottle on the wine glass. Take the green marble.
    5. Now lift up the bowl of eggs over the cabinet. Open the cabinet and take the wooden man. Click on top of the big cabinet with four square shelves, and take the handle. Now go back and click more in the middle of the cabinet with four square shelves, then to the crack between the wall and the bookshelf. Take the crumpled paper.
    6. Uncrumple the paper and it is part of a drawing of the wooden man. Look at the book that has the bookmark in it on the bookshelf, and attach the wooden man’s drawing to that. Make your wooden man look like the one in the picture. Now… pop off his head. Turn left twice and look at the right desk drawer with no handle. The man’s head can be used as the knob. Take the marble viewer.
    7. Open the marble viewer and put in the marble. Close it again to look at the marble. Key=Triangle+SquarexCircle. First do Square x Circle, then add Triangle. Now you have a 4-digit number. Turn to the square shelves and look at the drawer under them. It needs a code, the one we just figured out. Put it in and take the metal piece 1 and the Venus fly trap. Look on the underside of the Venus fly trap. Hmm…
    8. Look at the clock. Press down the numbers 1, 4, 5, 7, and 10. Now the screwdriver falls off. Look on the desk under the clock and there’s the screwdriver! Attach it to the handle for a complete screwdriver. Now to the four square shelves again. Look underneath the frog and use the screwdriver on the screws. The frog comes loose, so you can take it.
    9. Look at the frog. Take the blue marble in his eye. View it in the marble viewer and note the directions the arrows point. Now turn to the couch. Under a cushion, take the crank handle. Look at the picture. Click the arrows in the sides of the picture the way they were noted in the blue marble. The picture is now in your inventory. Look at it and turn it around for the box key.
    10. Turn left and look at the box under the shelf. Use the box key to open it. Take the yellow marble and use it with the marble viewer. Hmm… a red plant, and the clock. Now let’s unscrew the screw and close the box. Take the reflecting gem. This is not a marble.
    11. Go to the plants and use the yellow marble in the frog’s other eye. Place him (facing left) on the light near the red plant. Now there is a light spot on the clock. Use the reflective gem in that part. Go right and there is light on the ground. Open it and use the crank handle in the hole. Look in the shelf that opened. Take metal piece 2. Move the metal stand and shift the buttons on the handle so it fits into the holes. Take the wrench.
    12. Let’s go to the couch. Unscrew the screws on both side of the couch and click on it to move it. Take the final metal piece. Now insert all the metal pieces into the circle above the couch. There’s something missing… in the shape of a wooden man! Take the key over the shape of the wooden man. It fits in the skinny drawer under the square shelves. Now take the yellow-orange marble in the bottom-right corner.
    13. View your new marble in the marble viewer. The fishbones point up. Turn right twice and look at the box on the very top shelf. Make the fishbones point up, and then press these buttons. (1 in the top left, 16 in the bottom right) 6-7-12-14. Click the fishbones again. Take the Sketchbook and a new head for the wooden man!
    14. Go to the couch. Make the wooden man like so and then pop his head back on. Now insert him into the circle. Now we can access outside!

    Part Two
    Show

    15. Turn left and take the small part of the rusted cog wheel. Turn right twice and note the number in the semi-circle of the handle. Pull the handle and turn left. Find the windmill number. Turn to the door but don’t go in. Open the box and take the cog. Trapped! Speaking of trap, look at your venus fly trap. It opened! Take the dark-blue marble and look at it in the marble viewer.
    16. Note the code, Windmill, Hexagon, Cog, Semicircle, Windmill. Look on the other side of the shiny cog for the cog number, and get the windmill running again. Go up the ladder and look up. Wait for the windmill to turn to the hexagon number. Now look at your sketchbook. Instead of a regular setup with 1 being in the top left, 9 being in the bottom right, we have a strange one where the numbers spiral inwards. Look down at the box. Enter the windmill number, hexagon number, cog number, semicircle number, then windmill number into the box. Click the handle. Inside the box, take the key and replace the cog. Let’s go back inside.
    17. Go to the wall with the clock. Open the middle drawer under the clock. Use your newest key to do that. Take the rusted cog, and let’s go back outside. Go outside and take the shiny cog again. Go back to the combination box, and instead of putting in the shiny cog, put it in the two pieces of the rusted cog. Switch the windmill to off.
    18. Let’s go back inside. Use the shiny cog near the other two cogs in the hole under the plants. Go outside and turn on the windmill again. The gears turn. Wait until a green key appears. Take the green key and let’s go to the door. Go forward once, but do not exit the room. Now make sure you have all 4 marbles, as you will need them. Open the box with the gear key and press the button.
    19. Bars come down on either side of us. The elevator moves. Back up. You have entered the blue room. Look at the puzzle beneath the door. On the bottom-left, switch the two bottom tiles to make a snail. Insert green marble. With the red marble, switch the tiles near it to make a little man. On the left of the man, switch the tiles to make a snake, going upwards. Don’t forget the mouth and insert yellow-orange marble. To the right of the snake, make a boat-like shape and insert the dark-blue marble. Make a seahorse on the bottom right and insert the light-blue marble. Take the red marble (red key.)
    20. Congratulations. You have passed all the tests of VISION. Open the door with the red key. You are outside! Yay! Press the buttons in the top-right corner to change the time of day. Take a look at the credits too. Congratulations!

    Best room escape game I’ve played! Covert Front and Submachine are just as good! WOW….had a blast playing it! After temporarily losing my mind escaping from the Pear Room, it was a very nice change…

    You need to get the shiny yellow cog and then replace that cog with two pieces of a rusted cog. Then use the shiny cog at the panel under the plants. If you’re still stuck, look at part two of LightBulb’s walkthrough. (#271) All the steps should be there.

    The handle is on top of the thing with four square shelves. Click on top of it and there is the handle. Then push down the right parts of the handle so that it fits into the holes.

    I still really, really like this game. And the graphics are just wonderful. (Show me another online game where you’re given a screwdriver handle and you immediately recognize it as a screwdriver handle.)

    Are you sure all the marbles are in the right place? (blue marble and dark blue marble) and check things carefully. Mess around with stuff that might go someway (seahorse body, ship) and see if the key appears.

    I have the Frog shining the light onto the “Clock”, but I am unable to get the green marble in. I have tried this from 2 different computers, but it won’t go in from either of them…

    where I’ve viewed the blue marble and seen the triangles in the ocean. Everywhere it says click the triangles on the picture with the seashells in that order. But two of the triangles are diagonal and I only see four triangles on the picture with the seashell. I am so freaking lost!

    I am at the part where you’ve put the crank in the hole in the ground. I click it everywhere and the crank won’t move. I go back just to make sure that something has not opened and nothing has. I’ve seen many tips to just click on the top of the handle of the crank and it’s not working :( I tried shutting down and completely redoing the game and I get the same problem! :(
