The box that says “How to Play” is unclear. Here are the directions: The number on each arrow is the number of times you can push it. You can’t push a button twice in a row.

   bottle clue: Show

You’re only seeing part of the symbols. The arrows tell you how to duplicate them to get the full symbol. (Duplicate each part separately.)

   …And that’s about all I have.

   Walkthrough:

   1 – Show

Facing the telephone, click on the telephone, click at its right upper half and notice there is a hole on its right side. Then see that there is a 1-coin at the place you get the change, pick it up.

   2 – Show

Still facing the telephone, click at the larger table, look carefully the note on it. Click the wall chair at the right side, that will push the chair, and click at the wall beside it to get the red ball.

   3 – Show

Facing the exit door, click on the other table and you will get a card with some tips

   Show

just looking at its front side, you can imagine you’ll be using water and fire sometime soon.

   4 – Show

At the end of the balcony, you can see a box, click on it. Just as @WonderWorm said the rules are a little bit unclear. The objective is to get the ball by bringing it closer to the top, but there are some rules. To get the ball push the big up-arrow, the down-arrow, up-arrow, big up-arrow, and finally up-arrow. Click on the top of the box and click on the ball.

   5 – Show

Face the telephone again and click on the lamp above the balcony, notice that there is a key stuck there.

   6 – Show

Click to get behind the balcony and see the note at it (I still haven’t found a use for this card…). The second drawer seems stuck but if you look inside the second cabinet, you can take a pin off at the right upper side, and don’t forget to get the green ball.

   Show

Open the drawer and catch the thing there (sorry, I don’t know this word in English…). At the fourth cabinet, get the blue ball.

   Show

Notice the code at the bottles: the symbols are incomplete, but the arrows tell you how to ‘mirror’ them to get the actual code:

   Show

   VI , II , IX

   Show

Use it on the 3rd drawer and get a clipper.

   Show

Click on the picture, notice that there is rectangle that needs to be open: use the 1-coin to open and get a 10-coin.

   Show

There is a stove and a sink at the other side. Get the towel beside the sink, and use the clipper to use the sink (wet the towel). Turn around and get a box that needs a three number code to be open.

   7 – Show

Remember the lamp above the balcony that you could zoom in when facing the telephone and get there and use the clipper to get the key.

   8 – Show

Then, use the key on the first drawer on the balcony side of the room and get a pot.

   9 – Show

Fill the pot with water from the sink and put it on the lightened stove. Remember the card with fire and water signs. Look how there is a small circle “turning into” big circles and use the tiny balls you’ve got so far on the hot water in the pot. You have to step back and click on the stove again to do it.

   Show

See how letters appear and use these letters on the code at the back at the card: five, seven, nine.

   Show

Use this code on the box you got earlier at the balcony and get a cleaning-thing (I’m really sorry for my lack of vocabulary >.<).

   Show

Use it on the board beside the tables and then use the wet towel on it.

   Show

And use this tip on the tip from the card left on the balcony: take the lines that are on the board from the ones at the card and get:0346720 .

   Show

Notice the red circle that indicates the phone.

   10 – Show

Remember the hole on the phone, and got there and put the thing I don't know the name of on it.

   Show

Using the tip from the card on the bigger table, take the phone off the hook, place the 10-coin and now you should be able to make a call. Use the number you found with the board and the card and push the red button, you'll get a key instead of change.

   11 – Show

There is a number on the key, but first, use the key on the back door, click to get back, get the orange juice and get inside the store again.

   12 – Show

Use the number you got on the key at the box that you found behind the balcony. Fill it with the orange juice and get the flower button.

   13 – Show

Finally, use the flower button on the door to get out
