Boy this has been out for a while now and NOT a single tip hit or walk through?

I am up to level 34, I have not found any cheats yet..but I will tell you something that helps me get through the levels…build a Hacienda(or the most expensive house you have available)- upgrade-paint then sell as soon as the round starts. Build a saw mill, then buy at least 5000 lumber. Depending on what all I have to build in that round, I will get as much as 20,000 lumber..then demolish the Sawmill.
Has anyone figured out how to beat level 39????
am stuck on level 35. help!!
On Level 35, I started building a Dormer, painted it, upgraded it 3 stars, then sold it. Next, I built a Sawmill and purchased supplies. After that I built a Workshop, bought the Efficency for workers, and trained 4 workers. The next thing I built was a Chalet, painted it, and upgraded it to 3 stars. I’m now on Level 39 so I might not remember exactly how I beat this level but I do remember building as many Chalets as possible, painting them and upgrading to 3 stars to get the rental of $300,000. I put the 2 Dormers on the Premier Lots and saved at least 4 lots for Services. You may need to build some Landmarks to get the +100 Neighborhood Appeal. Try to place any Landmarks between houses to get a higher appeal rating. That’s what I remember to the best of my ability at the moment. Now…..anyone have hints for Level 39?????????
to beat lv39 with expert, you need to build a dom>build saw mill> sell dom > buy 5000lumber>build workshop>hire 4 workers>build castle>sell castle,now u got $$>then build all 3 star castle with workers around 27man>build 2 bank when u reached 7-8 castle>after u get 12 three-star castle, get extra 10000lumber> demolish the saw mill>build 1 more 3 star castle > u should get around 900k each time u get the rent. > when u reach 10m++, demolish 1 row of castles, then build your chalet and paint them. when u reach 11m+, which should be the next time your receive your rent, start to demolish everything except workshop and build the remaining painted chalet. after your last click of painting the 15th chalet, demolish the workshop and build your last chalet. mission done… expert…. ^^
reminder: please upgrade speed of workers after you sold the castle for 1m… lol
Afterthought on level 35 – I think I may have destroyed the sawmill when I had a huge amount of lumber (10,000 or so) then built a Garden Center to landscape the CASTLES! I said chalets previously when I meant Chateus!! Sorry!! You need the castles to get the $300,000 in rent. I’m so sorry, I was pretty tired when I typed that last post!! Thanks to ccheng for the level 39 tips! I was at a total loss for that one! :)

I had tried building Chateaus and some banks but never got to that $10 million level.

Earn $ really fast in the upper levels by selling 1 or 2 chateus and building 2 or 3 banks. The interest builds your cash flow super fast and then you can demolish the banks to get your + back.

Build 6 Chateus and 8 world banks (with financial advisors) and see what happens with the money (note: the more chateus you have, the more your interest at EACH bank will be)
And i thought that world bank was just a nuisance…
Wow I’m stuck on level 21 still! Any tips on the building 3 haciendas, 4 painted venetians and having 5 empty lots??? I’ve been so close so many times but the the time runs out just before I can beat it.

Im in the same position.. Tried it 3 times now and just need a minute or two to build that last hacienda… Its so irritating!! The timing of the “house sellings” must be perfect in order to complete it, i guess :/

I’ve beat the game and am playing on the casual mode. How can people show up on the winner’s list as beat a level in 1 second? Convince me there are no cheat codes!
I have tried to pass level 29 about 12 times now and have not even gotten close! Anyone have some walkthrough advise?? Level needs 3 services, 75+ appeal, and $150,000 in rent. I keep running out of money and can’t keep up with all the hospital calls and house repairs.

I need help with level 40 I think that is what it is,you have to have 250 appeal and 4 landmarks and 4 service, how do I get 250 appeal, I painted everything and landscaped evertyhing and own 4 landmarks for I do not know what else to do, can someone help me….please
Hi, In order to get 250 appeal on lvl 45 I had to demolish the green house, sawmill and workshop at the end of the game. This gets rid of their negative appeal and you have exactly 250 appeal after doing so.

While playing the game, it skipped from Level 11 to Level 14. I continued playing thinking it might go back to Level 12, but it didn’t. Has this happened to anyone else? Do I have to have an expert on Levels 1-10 to play 12 and 13?
anyone got to level 42 as i am stuck have played a few times and just get close to the 20 mill needed before time is up. and only way to get 200+ appeal is to paint and landscape plus put in a few parks but how do i get the 20 mill in time thats my problem

Judging by posts most people have problems with quick start (they run out of money quickly, and lose precious time waiting for rent).
Solution is simple:
First move: Build the most expensive house (that you can afford)
Note: If, at the beginning, you have money to buy more workers or materials
to build the next (more expensive) house – DO IT
Second move: SELL the house you just build (DON’T wait for rent)
Note: After this move you should have a lot of money. If some other house
becomes available for sale – buy it, but don’t spend too much money
Third move: Build a sawmill (if you need materials, buy just enough to build it, NOT 5000 just jet)
Fourth move: WAIT for the sawmill to be finished. Buy 5000 materials (or less, depending on how much money you got from second move)
Fifth move: Build a workshop
and so on… (figure it out on your own from here, it shouldn’t be too difficult :)
MOST IMPORTANT TIP: If short with cash don’t wait for rent, sell one of your houses (this works for 90 % of levels. as for the other ones, well look at the other tips here on this page :)
Follow these and you should be able to finish every level with relative ease (and also get an expert mark if you’re fast)

Here is a complete walk through for the game, enjoy..
This game was so fun. I got an expert at every level. If anyone needs any tips, just let me know. I can tell you this. My formula for making it through most of the levels is this. Train 2 workers. Build the highest level of house that you can. Sell, don’t upgrade. Get 2500 in materials and train 2 more workers. Build a chateau and sell, don’t upgrade. Buy around 1000 to 2500 materials, depending on how much materials you have left. Build a workshop and a saw mill, then build around four or five chateaus and upgrade them all at the same time. Now you have at least around $250,000 dollars coming in and go from there with your goals. You might have to shift this a little in the beginning, but this usually works. If any levels ask you for money as a goal, do all this and then build 3 or 4 world banks w/finical advisor and that should get you on your way. I hope this helps!

I need help with level 44 because you are not to have any negative appeal and i cant beat it without negative appeal I even built a green house for the landscaping and I cant get it because of the banks……….anyone have any suggestions

The level just says no negative house appeal not neighborhood appeal so you can have a negative overall appeal.
I think the hardest level would have to be level 43. I tried for the nth time and i got so challenged by painting and landscaping everything. But viola, i finally succeeded, never got to become on an expert on it, though. :(
First, i trained two additional workers and ordered 500 materials. (Important that you get this right or else you won’t be able to stay for long). Then build a hacienda. Build a workshop while selling hacienda. Once hacienda is sold, max on the materials and workers (TIP: it’s better to click on workers first before the materials because the training of workers takes longer). I then build 3 chateus so that i could easily get high rent money. then i build a green house. It is also important that you landscape all houses first before upgrading and painting since you would want to demolish it last. Painting it all white is also tricky since you have to click two buttons unlike other levels wherein you just paint to get higher appeal or take out the negative appeal.
[For another level, i forgot which]As for those who have difficulty with the appeal rating even if they’ve built 4 landmarks, painted and landscaped all houses, the secret is to put three landmarks in between each house in one row (house+landmark+house+landmark+house+landmark+house) to double the appeal rating of these houses and so increase overall rating
Ok can someone clue me in on how to pass level 37? This one LOOKS easy but it isn’t…you need 3 Venetians (which return minimal rent), 2 services, and +50 appeal. I’ve tried it all…the sawmill, the greenhouse, painting everything…problem is, I have to sell TWO houses in order to get the cash I need to do the jobs…after which, I’m left with one too many things I need (usually a service), and not enough cash to buy the last house so I can demolish and build.

may sound crazy……but how do u save ur game?……..love to play……but if i get interupted………….or computer shuts down….. i dont see a save button to save as i play and game doesn’t save automatically………i am probaly crazy and over looking something simple :-) or my downloaded game has a glitch…….i can sit and play for hrs…got as high as level 25 in one sitting….got interupted and when i opened the game back up had to start from the beginning again…………thanks for ur help

its asking me to build 16 painted charlets and have $$12 mill in cash
i am stuck i build all the houses and painted them only get up to 2 million bucks and i am outta time?
i have tryed it like 30 times there are only 16 lots on the block and i cant build any more houses to get the extra $$$
and i cant sell any houses?

ok people level 39 isnt that hard you have to start off training 2workers then build hacienda sell it then train 2 or 3 more workers and build a chateau sell it and build 3 banks then buy lots and build your chalets as you get lots by the time you get your last lot and chalet built all you’ll have to do is demo your banks and build your chalets then off to 40 you go lol

For all harder levels here are some tips I canprovide – I have managed to clear all levels in expert so they must help!
Build a factory first and pay $75k the efficiency training (you need to click on it when the factory is highlighted). Your workers work MUCH faster!
Now build the most expensive house you can afford to build (or restore on some levels) – no less than a dorner ideallyand sell straight away – accept whatever offer comes in.
Next, buy workers so you have 9 of them and the materials for the most expensive houseon that level. The factory lets you train workers for half the price Buiild the most expensive house (usually the castle) and sell.
Construct a sawmill. The sawmill lets you buy good for half the price.
Now buy buy buy workers and materials. Have at least 20 workers on later levels and construct the castles with 3 stars to get $300k rent
When you have about 4 start on the mission – you will now have the cash to sort it.
Additional hints –
There is one level where you need high cash but small houses. I built up all castles and a bank (for interest) then slowly demolished them and replaced them with the smaller houses. You need the rent from the castles to boost your bank balance.
You can sell castles fora premuim – when they come back on the market put and 4 of your hoouses up for sale and buy the propertyback at the ‘low ball’ price (you can make up to half a mill on each castle this way!)
Regarding appeal…. painting and landscaping is a MUST. However, on levels where appeal needed is very high bear in mind the following;
Buildings have negative appeal. Don’t put a building next to a house. You can demolish the buildings at the end of a a level if you need to.
Buildings don’t affect services. Where possible put services next to buildings.
Lanscapes should be thought out asto where they go. You should have a house each side of a landscape to get the maximum appeal from it. Putting it next to another landscape, a service or a building is a waste of the appeal!
On the level where you need 4 landscapes and 4 services I had all my buildings and services on one row, all the gold sites filled up with houses and the middle row being house/landscape/house/landscape/house/landscape/house.
If you are stuck on this particular tricky level this should make sense! :-D
